Go to any crafts store and buy iron on letters.

They only cost a few bucks per package.. maybe get a couple just in case you run out of the letters you need (They have extras of some more common ones).

Then you just take any shirt and follow the directions ... really easy, really cheap.

Just for the cost of a shirt and less than 5-7 bucks for the letters.
