Good job today, I won´t be able to kick tomorrow night, because I have the project, but hopefully this weekend in breaks from all the shit load of studying I need to do, and the two day swim meet... ugh lots of stuff to be done.

Last night...good night..worked blur bsos and blizzard bsos and back2back ripwalks, stepping feeling much better..between those worked Osis--feeling more comfortable--ducking and rakes all back2back stuff. Short session due to shin spints..I hate them bitches. Reid get that project done..I myself have a nice 10 pager to work on..so a break is necessary..helps the shin splints as well.

had a short session today...i don't know how to have a long lone session..i get really tired...any suggestions???

left inside ankle has been bothering me..i don't think it is a shin splint because that would be on the outside...i think i might have gotton it from landing flat footed or more on the heel of my left foot when trying to bust out paradons and barflys..again anyone know how to make better..maybe ice/heat/rest/stretch?? know idea...

session today lil frusterating..but at the end worked through the pain to work all flipside paradons and barflys and double dexs and barrages..ended on a good note hitting some stuff...haha just gotta keep at it!!

hope all are having wonderful breaks from whatever it is they do for the holidays.

good to see your still active, maybe it's time you and i both bought some new insoles, were still on the ones form last year. Just keepstretching those ankles, and if it hurts it's a better idea not to play through the pain, and find something that doesn't hurt maybe rakes or something. You can get shin splints in a bunch of different spots. Keep stretchign and being good to your legs.
