Actually I don't like editing videos, I rather prefer to shred - not to sit for hours in front of the display. ;) But I know that several people are waiting for video from Gora, so I'll try to do it as soon as possible.

Yesterday was huge shred! Norek, Quba and Jajo came to Wroclaw. In all there were 10 people! We were shredding, then we were playing the pyramid and after that 4square. It was a great time, thanks guys for comming.

I hit my new 6 - foodprocesor, and new link - pdx torque>pdx blender
Also day before I hit ripped warrior BS, which I'm very pleased.

23 days to go! :D

Looong session was today with Ners, Norek, Quba and Olaf.
I'm tired and lazy now, so I won't write at length.
I'm pleased that I did some new tricks and completed a few challenges:

pixie paradon BSOS
pixie dod
dyno b2b
osis>rev swirl>rpt (11 contacts)
tomahawk b2b
dyno>spinning clipper>rpt
inspinning osis
drifter>pdx mirage>toe drifter>pdx drifter>rpt

I also practiced my routine for Euros. Finally with 2 drops, but I have much time to learn that better.

Thank you, Erik. That means so much for me, what you wrote here. Making progress is a natural process in every kind of activity, if we practise that.
...I just love footbag :)

I left my footblog for a few days, but not footbag of course. Recently I was training my routine for Euros. But mostly I was just shredding last few days.
The weather definetely sucks now. It's cold, windy and it often rains. So I played a few times under the 'Millenium Bridge' not so far from my home.
Today Agata also came to play with me, and she is getting better from session to session. She hit a bunch of tricks today. I gave her challenge: clipper>ss toe>rpt. and she hit this beginning from both sides. She can also pixie, mirage, atw - all bs, so I can't see where is her flipside ; )

I broke my gyro clippers record, when I felt shin splints a little bit, to 73 :)
It was fun. I also hit atomic osis>gyro mirage>rpt. Nothing special, I now. I practice swirls, blenders and dyno which are my weak points.

I made for fun a video "Oczekujac na pociag" ("Waiting for the train"). It shows what we were doing for two hours at the train station in Strzelin, after golf contest and "wet shred" (my recent vid). Here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wlln9uqTxI4

You are a very good player already, and that is because of your strong will and ability to focus on really schooling your weak points. You know what they say - you are as strong as your weakest part. Pretty much all the tricks you do, are done in proper form and even though you may think that your progress is slow, if you stay strong in your training you will see, that true quality comes with solid fundamentals and diversity. I think that you will be one of the best players in Poland. Slow but steady wins the race, keep it like that!

Thanks Szymon for nice words :) I don't know if I will be one of the best (whatever it means...), I don't really think in that way. I just know that I will be still training as long as I will be healthy. I'm more concentrated on pushing my limits and improving my game, not on becoming better than somebody.

Today we played again under the bridge, also with Hania and Radek.
It was pretty good session and I hit some new moves:
 void - finally on flipside
 blurry drifter - also finally on flipside ;)
 ripstein :D
 rev up
And some drills with double dexes:
 barrage>dod>rpt.
 double pickup>paradon>rpt.
 barrage>drifter>rpt.

My barfly on flipside is also better, I was really close to hit plasticman drill two times. I was dropping at the second barrage on strongside.

Nice session today. I had a few good runs and hit new stuff.
One run included: ducking clipper>rev. swirl>rpt. , blurry whirl b2b and PS whirl. I remember also spinning pdx whirl>ripwalk>rpt. in run.
I hit for the first time barfly b2b and then, beginning with flipside I did 3. Also for the first time I landed blurriest and scorpions tail on flip.

Can't wait for Euros!

Shin splints have came back again. I do everything I can to beat them. I hope I will be in good form on Euros. Yesterday I played very lightly and I didn't want to overload my shins. Nevertheless I hit clipper set ss dso, both sides and drill- pdx mirage>datw(out-in)>dimwalk>rpt.
Then I grabbed my camera and got some footage of Olaf. Today I made a vid of him, so check this out if you didn't yet. :) --> http://modified.in/footbag/viewtopic.php?t=16716

Yesterday at 6 a.m. I was back from Vienna, had a shower and went sleep. But the day wasn't wasted. I played in the afternoon, same as today.
I'm pleased that I was able to go to Vienna. It was my first footbag trip abroad, and it was great. It was nice to talk and play with people from other countries. I was last in my group, but I'm very proud of polish team.

On Sunday we're going to footbag camp in Berlin. I'm sure it will be also great adventure.

Also I made sth like my last vid, but this time with Tomek. Go check it: http://modified.in/footbag/viewtopic.ph ... 247#332247 :)

The holidays passed too quickly for me, but that's normal feeling I guess. Certainly it wasn't wasted time. I was on my first footbag trip abroad - euros. Also I spent great week in Berlin with footbaggers and was in a lot of places, having lots of fun during last two months. I feel that I'm ready to start following year in school, but I don't want to write about school.

During Polish Champs I decided to change my trainings. Now I want to play more often, but eventually make shorter sessions. A few days ago I've created a list of moves I heve to do each session. After five sessions I'm able to say that it works great for me and I'll be still training like this.

Now, when the school starts I must reconcile education with footbag. I will manage with it.

PS I' ve made new video, this time it's Rozo Special: http://www.footbag.org/gallery/showset/1459

Generally I was using more quantum and atomic sets in my runs.
