This would be a good DVD in your media-shelf. It will extend your collection of shred-dvds on a high level. The dvd is not covered with shred only. Vasek gives us insight into some personal thoughts concerning footbag in general and the growth of the community. Beatiful sceneries (Prague, one of the coolest city in europe and southafrica) manifold the entire footage.
The only thing I didn't like that much was the handling with the camera in the first parts. The music was different but okay.
