So it turns out a girl I know confused something I said about a very close friend who killed themselves with herself, became offended by it and has been bad mouthing me behind my back for the last 2 years. I found this out because she told my housemate her version of it when he slept with her a few days ago. A week before I hooked up with her best friend (blissfully ignorant at that time) and my other housemate is sleeping with another one of her friends, who described me as "evil" and also recounted the misinterpreted story. When I found out about it all last night I was pretty angry, but now I'm just sad. Living in small cities sucks. I think when I finish my degrees I'm going to move somewhere massive. My housemates had never met these girls before and knew nothing about their connection to each other or me.
