Cool! Actually some top players are toe-toe based (although they are still able to hit massive clipper moves)
Like for example, Lynton Stephens is highly toe based. He can hit neutron smasher as heasy as atw (seriously, im serious) and ive never seen him drop this trick. He can atomic like nothing and he hits all these crazy toe moves. Hoever he can still do clipper moves and osis moves, like pdx torque's and even blurriest swirls!
Crappy Osis
Osis is on of my favorite tricks and my best (record = 108).
The concepts that really helped me to do an osis is to make sure you think up-down not side-side. You need to cradle the osis just as if you were cradling a clipper or toe stall. Also be sure you turn enough. You need to turn from 45 to 90 degrees. Lastly, DON'T watch the bag until it hits your foot, watch it until just BEFORE it hits your foot. Otherwise you won't be properly balanced when you try and do a trick afterwards.
Remember those 3 things and as always practice a ton.

Amateurs practice until they can get it right.
Professionals practice until they can't get it wrong.
No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

I'm so in NOP
!
My tripless record is 37, and I might be
able to get that many Osi, but it would
take me all day trying. Right now, I
can barely do one due to my friggin' stupid
(but quickly healing) ankle sprain.
Should be kicking by Friday... Portland is
coming soooo soon though
.
Peace.
