Hey,
Haven't posted in like, 4 days. I didn't win the bagger contest. Oh well. Maybe I'll write up something about it. Some asian kid won it, and he just looked brillant. So props to Takumi v. 2.0, I'm sure all the ladies love you.
I haven't played in like 3 days or something. I was kinda hanging out with this girl a bunch, but now its just like stupid and I'm stressed and I just feel like a teenager. Blah.
I stitched a bag yesterday/today and its pretty sick. Like, looking. But it's still stiff as hell so I guess it just reinforces how much i blow at making hacks. Whatever. If I ever do get good I'm just going to make 10 and give them to people I like. Maybe you.
So nothing else is really new. I kinda wish I was doing more shit with my days, but its not like im crying about my existance or anything. I guess it kinda just feels like a cycle that I keep repeating. At least it's a cycle where I can eat, sleep, and feel loved. Right? right.
I get kinda sick of people latley. Like just real dumb ass people who think what happened to them today is the biggest shit thats ever happened. Heads up hombro, it's not.
Im pretty stoked my banners got put up on this site. I'm really into corny shit and that pretty much tops it off. I have so much pride for India right now I think I should become a doctor or pump gas.
I have this teacher who I told about footbag and he thought it was dumb as hell. I kinda am sick of like the straight line football guys who don't understand anything about what I love. My friends today saw this pic of me playing and said "wow, nice shorts". It was just like, dude, shut up. It's like sometimes I'm the only one who thinks its cool, and everyone else is just like wtf short shorts hacky bag.
So anyway, I think I'm just going to try to stay posotive. And you should too. If you ever feel bummed, go get a glass of water, and then realize there's millions of people who can't.
Peace.

It's just too bad you're not in europe or something where you'd be more equal and idolized for your great skill. Think of it as this, you're given a greater challenge to sway the minds of many characterized people you don't really care for...yes they love their sports and way of life lead by football and what not, but show them something new that may one day be more recognized as a very physically demanding sport that one does just look at, question, and then ridicule. You're are the great dave man, leave that teen drama aside !!
Also... you think you could make it to that slap hack ? I know you said chances are slim...but I'll be driving just as much as you...so it'd be pretty "cute" to kick with you again. I'll buy you some water too if you come.

This is when you bust out a totally insane trick and then kick them with a mighty Chuck Norris kick into their testicles! Played for an hour with mike. Not very well, but I haven't really kicked since CSS. Two highlights:
- plo>magellen (repeat), pixie ss mirage>smear (repeat), drifter>pdx. drifter (repeat), rubberman, blurry whirl>ripstein. all same string.
- flurry>smoke (repeat)
I guess I should start skooling again.

Today I started playing and then my neck started to REALLY hurt. Enough to make me stop and lay down and get pissed. My dad gave me a little rub, and it still hurt, but I really wanted to play, so I did. I guess it eventually warmed up. Go figure.
Highlights:
jani>bed>pixie ss dod
matador>sumo>atomic drifter
blubberman>rubberman>smoke
phoenix>matador>blurry drifter>bw>bw>fog>pheonix
And some other good stuff. I'd write it down, but I filmed and might make a video, and what's the use in spoiling it.

Tonight I heard one of the weirdest things ever. If you don't know, I come from a really religious upbringing. My parents teach Sunday School, go to church, yada yada. I had a pretty Christian upbringing. Don't write me off as some Catholic robot though, because I'm Lutheran, and that's slightly different.
My personal state of beleief is a mixed one, but I'm sure every teenager brought up as I was has this type of period. Anyway, I dont really like talking about shit like this, but I found it very odd tonight at dinner when I said one of my friends doesn't beleive in god. My mom was really amazed, like, really. "What do you mean? How does she wake up and not understand?" I tried to explain that when you aren't raised as a god beliver, the whole concept probably seems really stupid. She didn't understand.
I come from a really weird place, in a really weird small town, and it's occurences like these that just make me thank god *ha ha* for footbag. I would be just as bad as my mom if I never saw the other side of thinking. So i guess my main point is that footbag expanded my mind, and I can see so many reasons why people wouldn't beleive in god, and the whole thing is really just a personal decision based primarily off your upbringing. I feel really stupid knowing I'd be something totally different if I was born in Asia or something.
Sometimes I feel like people think I'm stupid for beleiving in God. Like everyone passed around a memo and I just didn't get it yet. But i guess if you lived a life like mine you might beleive in it all too. And if you saw your relatives pull out of terrible diseases over and over you might think there is something more then monkeys and asteroids crashing. To be honest, I'm not sure.
I think whatever you beleive, you should be posotive and treat people how you'd want to be treated. You don't need a church and a book to know that.

You aren't stupid at all. Belive in what you think you should belive, and what gives you the Hope.Sometimes I feel like people think I'm stupid for beleiving in God
I really like what you've written. It's really ... don't know how to say it in english, so sorry if I use bad word ... grown.
You know... I'm a believer too. In my country over 90% of people are believers... But they are mostly Catholics, and I'm not... I don't think that my belief goes under any big or small religion. I'm not religious at all... I just am sure, that there is some force, bigger than anything else, and that it's a good force, that lets the world and the univers to exist, and is the creator of everything. It doesn't matter how will you call it - The God, Budha, Allach, Jehovah etc.; I belive that it's somewhere there.
Sorry for filling your blog, which is your private space, with my thoughts...

I grew up with a pretty crazy intense religious upbringing too. My parents forced me to go to church until I was 18, and they also taught Sunday School, and sung in the chuch choir and all this stuff.
Any time I talk to my mom for advice or anything (she is very wise; she is a mother) she always brings into it her religious perspective, realizing that I don't consider spirituality the same way that she does. My dad always tries to give me his "Promise Keepers" jewelry stuff, and actually left one on my bed the other day when I was out. He also tries to make everyone, including my girlfriend and her sister, read these particular books... My brothers even too to a degree -- one really wanted me to watch a debate, on google videos, between evolution and creation...
The earlier things (especially being forced to go to church) turned me off from the church aspect of Christianity (my family is non-denominational). I guess I still feel a bit attached to my religious roots and maybe vaguely believe in them; I don't give it much thought, but I think when it comes down to it I'm a Christian too.
Christianity actually exists in Asia. In China it's not illegal to be a Christan. You just aren't allowed to gather in public places (churches), or do or say anything that denies the authority of the government (or something...)
Neat entry -- it's interesting to know more about you
