yeah i really wanna shred today but my legs are just a tad bit sore from THREE soccer games yesterday. Im not sure if i will. But it sure sounds like a good idea to me! 
I have a list of things i wanna hit before ..... hmmmmm.... october ends.
-Blurry drifter bs
-mobius bs
-marius ...... one side will do
-pdx drifter>ripwalk repeat
-10 ripwalks
-sidewalk>ripwalk repeat
-drifter>pdx drifter repeat
-torque>drifter repeat
-40 contact guiltless run (probably hit this before.... many times. )
-60 contact guiltless
-100 guiltless run (by the beginning of next summer)

Just had a session. My first "real" session since injury.
Started out doing some coolio stuff to get back into the rhythm of footbag.
46 contacts of butter>pdx mirage
30 infinities many times
like 10 ducking clippers
ripwalk x3
some drifters
FLIP spinning ducking butterfly
FLIP pdx torque
The reason for all of the lowish numbers on EVERYTHING is cause im getting used to the bump my insoles make on the inside surface, and regaining endurance.

I got a USB hook up controller for the computer, i downloaded tony hawk 4. I also got a check for $100 from my parents. And i am getting a matt emming's 6 panel footbag + 1 year IFPA membership.
Those are my b day presents ^^

Had a session with Rockey, Ogden, Brian and myself. Good stuff was hit
Rockey is really good

It was a fun session. We snagged some freeze pops from a christian group. And some lemonade. youll never catch us!
Rockey and ogden left at about 3, so me and brian had a 2 man session. We tried some weird doubles stuff. We almost hit Brian : pixie Me:torque
Then we did the game where you hit a combo that adds up to a certain number. WE started with 6, brian got stuck on... 12? I got stuck on 13. my 5's arent that good
After that we just did some random stuff. I worked on a lot of flip spinning. I taught brian ss butterflies. and gave a tip on drifter.
Really fun session, even though i wasnt playing well at all. Playing with anyone is 10239821032102138020138 times better than playing alone
