Thanks fellas!
Nick, plasticman is barfly > barrage > paradon > rpt. And I accept thy challenge, as long as it's okay if I do blender > spinning clipper rpt instead of the other way around to make it slightly harder.
And Corey. And there's no way I could turn down your challenge after a triple doggy dare!

Oh damn, props on plastic man
Bitchin' drill. Also, I'll accept your challenge that I've challenged you and you turned into another new challenge and THIS is the challenge that I'm accepting even though you haven't challenged me with it at all, while you were simply stating the fact that you were changing the challenge I gave to to make the challenge more challenging! AKA: It's on Bitch!
So today was my first time kicking at school. Practiced my new routine for the first time. We'll see how it goes. Had some decent run throughs for it being my first day at it. There are just a couple cues I keep missing. And no, it's not the xmen song any longer lol. Finally had the strength to find a new song.
Then, I did some other stuff just cause I still had time before I needed to stop. Hit Nick's challenge of:
blender > spinning clipper > rpt
Ended on a 21 or 22 contact string.
Most importantly, I absolutely love the lounge where I kicked in my new residence hall. But of course, there's only one of them in the whole 8 floor building, unlike last year where we had one on each floor. Granted, the only good surface lounge was the first floor, but I still had all the other ones to practice in. Hopefully, people will see the lounge and just not want to do anything in it lol. Hopefully. It is right across from the laundry room...so everyone is kinda going to know about it.
And regarding the hurricane, my town was evacuated, but I was already at school when that happened. It doesn't sound like there was any real damage though, luckily.

I figured you'd hit that. Easy shit for you. Sucks that your home got evacuated. As you know, I love next to a river and a canal back home and it's been slowly rising hour by hour.... But like you, I'm at college
Definitely hope everything's cool with your house and mine. Can't wait to see some new footage from you at the new shred spot.
Haha being at college instead of at natural disasters represent! But yeah, I hope nothing got flooded (too badly) or damaged for your house. Although, I wonder how fast that river is moving at the moment with all that water. That'd be a snazzy time.
Kicked with Will and Drew for the first time this semester. It was a good time as always. They're really good guys to hang out with. AND, during this session, I may have pulled a Nick, and got a new player for once! I met this dude a few days ago because we are both club officers that got to move in early. We were in the same group at a ropes course, and we talked the next day during freshman early drop off. I showed him a spinning clipper with my phone, and he said he wanted to learn. He came to our session tonight and kicked with us for a while. He can toe stall and do an ATW kick. He definitely seemed into it and, said he is going to practice. I'm keeping my fingers crossed haha.

Hey John! Props on plasticman for sure, that's a great drill! I always have trouble with my flip barrage out of barfly. Sounds like you're playing well, you gonna' be at the East Coast champs? I'm still on the fence about going since it depends on how school is going...
It's been too long since we kicked though, Worlds 2010 was already over a year ago

It wasn't as severe as we thought. It did go into my neighbor's backyard though :\
Good way of introducing him. But seriously, that is just impressive if anyone can do something like that with a random object.. That might be a new method of introducing... Mind if I borrow that method? lol
Fun side story: I went to class today then when I got home, my room mate was DRILLING Mirages in the living room lol SO BALLIN.
Anyway, I wish you many happy sessions for you and your crew this year.
FUCKING YAY! Dude, props on the newb unit! Always encourage him and tell him he's doing a great job and most important, make it a lot of fun for him. Give props for even inside stalls.. Shit, that's still progress. Hope you find even more new guys/gals! I like how you showed him spinning clipper with your phoneg00d33 wrote:

So, when I kicked today, I was losing my vision for like half the session, but I didn't feel disoriented at all. I could kinda see the bag, so I didn't stop! Then, towards the end, I got a pounding headache. After the session, by body just didn't feel right lol. I had to lie down. My roommates were helping me get water and blankets and stuff. It was bad news bears. I felt better after some rest, though. I'm hoping this was all just dehydration/heat exhaustion. It was damn hot in that room. I still got a video from the session though! (even if it is a short video).
Here's to temporary partial blindness kinda!

Looking good! Be careful about the heat stuff. Some good tips on prevention can be found on the CDC website.
Thanks guys! I'll definitely be checking that out, Ken.
Kicked a few times this week. It's mostly been routine practice and stuff. Before I worked on it today, I had a really random urge to hit toe set near rev swirls. I wasn't sure if I had it before, so I hit that bs. Then, I proceeded to hit fair near rev swirl bs, which was definitely new. Came sooooooo close to bsosing it like 5 times.
I think I got my 2 bag juggling a bit more down. Did some drills with it today.
Kicking in my room is tough lol. Darn small spaces.

Kicked for 2 hours today in my room. Was mainly just messing around ish to warm up a bit. During that, I hit:
- gyro dyno bsos
That so doesn't feel like a 5 lol. Although, I'm not saying I'll be immediately good at it. Just an observation. After that, I worked on my routine for a long time. Had one solid run through (by solid, I mean 3 drops. solid for me lol) and a bunch of times where I got the first half dropless. I later did the second part dropless once just to make sure I could. My middle part is messing me up a fair amount even when I ride the confidence of a good opening. I think I can pull it all together though.
Later tonight, after homework, I'll be separating my song into a few sections using garageband or something. That way, I'll hopefully get good at each section, and ultimately be able to just put them all together. Maybe I'll also isolate the transitions between major sections to make sure everything flows too. Hmmm. This all requires me doing my homework though. Darn you, procrastination.
Also gotta wash my bags. That'd help a smidgen.

What tournament is the routine for?
Gyro dyno's pretty hard... At least it would be for me. Nice job on the blender > spinning clip RPT.

The routine is for east coasts. I gotta try to rep hard when it's in my own state haha.
Took I think friday, saturday, sunday off. Might've played friday. Not sure. But yeah, when I kicked with Drew and Will on thursday, I had some nifty strings here and there. I finally effin got inspinning clipper bsos. Both of them weren't planned either, which was really cool. Even cooler, was the fact that the flipside one was the one deeper in the string. Then when I practiced my routine, I sucked hardcore lol. I may have gotten the most frustrated/mad I've ever gotten while footbagging lol. Well, not lol. So, Will/Drew, sorry!
Kicked today and felt really good. Hit:
- tap > atomic legover > plo > rpt (gave me more trouble than I expected lolz)
- blurry whirl x3
- 3 drops in routine
Granted, for the routine, it took a while to get that. But a lot of the time, I was only practicing one section. And even worse, it totally should've been dropless that go around, or at most 1 drop. I was still happy regardless knowing I am getting close! ish
Now I gotta do lame homework then go to intramural bowling. Good times.

Haha, it'd be cool to not have to think.
Didn't kick yesterday cause a muscle in my left shin is super sore from bowling apparently lol. I guess that's what happens when I finally try to learn how to slide properly.
Kicked briefly today with Drew. The shin stuff didn't bother me while kicking, so I should've kicked yesterday lol. Two days without practicing routine. I'll just try to ride the positive thinking!
Favorite combo of the day:
- inspinning clipper > pdx dlo > spinning clipper

Thanks, Nick!
Worked on my routine today and kinda sorta made some progress. Had one run through where I was dropless till the last 4 tricks and dropped 2 of them XD. Most of the goes though were pretty bad lol. There's potential. We'll see how it goes.
But, since I wanted to end the session on a good/better note, I planned on ending on hitting blurriest and janiwalker both bs. After I got them, I noticed my furious and some life in it. I got curious. Maybe, I even got a bit FURIOUS!!! Get it? Sorry.... But yeah, I hit fury both sides
Cool smilie #1
THen, I remember how I still had yet to hit mullet, and have been told to do so many a time by several a person. So, I hit it bs!
Cool smilie #2
THEN, I decided it'd be nifty to mess around and try to hit a 7 add for a few minutes. While I was trying, my girlfriend came over. With a witness, I hit my first 7 add, mon-fuckin-tage.
cool smilie number 3
tl;dr
- fury bs
- mullet bs
- montage
