Decided to kick for a few. Probably only 20 minutes.

Goals:
1. 20 Tiltless
2. Drifter both sides

Highlights:
:arrow: tiltless x17, x12, x24
:arrow: drifter strong side
:arrow: drifter flip side

Yay for goals. I really didn't realize I was capable of the strings I've been able to produce. I guess counting is a good thing, and the focus on them lately too. I feel progress being made and I like it.

Ya, footbag at lunch yesterday sucked. I should be playing more at work next week. Thinking I'll use my lunch times to school 2 add consecutive.

Power 90: Day 51

Sweat 3-4 and Ab Ripper 200

Good workout. No modifications except a few quick pauses in AR200. I'll get through it soon.

Double Down for supper. KFC disgusts me a little bit now. I used to love it. I really should stop eating it. But it's hard to argue with free.

It's great to see that you're hitting higher tiltless records now! Props man. Keep up the good work.

Thanks nick, and thanks for the PM on whirls. I'm trying to do that kinda thing with my 2-adds until they are totally solid. I hope to play tomorrow.

Power 90: day 53
Sweat 3-4 and Ab Ripper 200

No modifications through all of Sweat 3-4 and a couple short breaks in AR200. All in all a great workout. When I started 3-4 I would do the last round of punches in slow motion because that's all I could manage. Now I keep bringing it all the way through.

Footbag in the kitchen.
Session Goals:

1. 30 tiltless
2. gyro clipper x4
3. pixie x20
4. strong side illusion x10
=================================================
=================================================
=================================================

blah

1hour 10 minutes

strong illusion x10
swirl > whirl
pixie x17 x17 x15 x16 x17 x17 x15 x11 x12 x14 x17, ect
flapper set swirl

Also got gyro clipper x3 a few times, but that forth is illusion. Tiltless I got to around 15 a few times. I guess I wasn't on tonight. One good thing that comes from this: I tried Gatorade's "G Series" tonight. Primer pre workout drink, Perform workout drink, and Recover post workout drink. Since I didn't play well it means I don't need to waste almost 10 bucks every time I shred. But I thought I'd try it out.

Power 90: Day 57, Start of week 9

Sculpt 3-4

I wanted to make up for my crappy workout on Monday, so I pushed hard. Too hard. I wasn't feeling great, but really wanted to push it. I was sick afterward. I didn't have much time after my workout to get ready for work, and would have to bike to work, so I called in sick. I didn't want to deal with that stuff. Kinda bummed to be missing work because of a workout, and really bummed that I've been getting sick so often after my sculpt workouts. I only had cherries and coffee before my workout...

Power 90: Day 59

Sculpt 3-4

Took it a little bit easier today (I've never not pushed hard on a sculpt day) due to wednesday's upsetting results. I still did every exercise and the only real thing that I didn't do as many reps on was push ups, dips and max squats. Feel great coming out of it. Hopefully I can get back on track. Will be a very challenging weekend though. I'm going out of town for an Anniversary weekend with the wife. Tomorrow we're trying indoor rock climbing. Not sure how I'll fit my workout in, but I'll try my hardest!

Yesterday:

I got up and drove 5-6 hours to Saskatoon, SK. Why? June 2 was my wife and my 4th anniversary. She's mentioned a few times that she wanted to do some indoor rock climbing, so I brought her to Saskatoon to do some. It was fun. Such a great workout too. We both enjoyed it. I got about 20 feet up at my highest. The wall was 40' high. I had lots of trouble gripping it and finding paths to follow. There was some really good climbers there too. I woke up this morning to an aching in my back, shoulders and arms. Guess I haven't been working those muscles! But we both had fun and might try to take it up as a hobby we can do together.

Later at the Hotel I did POWER 90: Day 60

Sweat 3-4, Ab Ripper 200

Good workout even though I was worn out from Rock Climbing. I even was able to keep pace with the video for AR200. NO PAUSES!!!!

Power 90: Day 61
Today I woke up and grabbed my netbook to head to the hotel fitness center. I was a little disappointed to find the biggest weights they had was 10lb, but I think that's a good thing as I got into my workout and had a bit of trouble with them. My body was ravaged from rock climbing. It feels so good. I still worked hard. I didn't have a chair so I used a stability ball for the decline push ups and foreman blasts, and the base of an elliptical for dips. Everything worked out fine and I got a good workout in. Less than one third to go. I'll get 60 day pics and numbers up sometime in the coming days. Once I get home and whatnot.

On page 22 there is a video of me doing basics, other than that I haven't put out a video for a while. I guess I've done a few one shots as well. You can check them out on my youtube channel. User is ct2020

Oh, how I wish I could do 99 tiltless. One day.

Power 90: Day 62

Sweat 3-4, Ab Ripper 200

Did better than I expected. My arms, back and shoulders are still really sore from Rock Climbing. I modified the knees up most of the way, but rocked everything else. The punches were a bit less intense than usual. lol

Power 90: Day 64

Sculpt 3-4... Intensity 4. :-(

My whole body feels tight since the weekend. I lowered my weights and did less reps of most exercises today. I really don't understand what's up with my body. It's mostly in my upper back, shoulders and arms. I was really hoping it was rock climbing on Saturday, but it should have started to get better now right? I'm going to make a conscious effort to stretch more throughout the day.
