A buddy of mine means that there are some key tricks in footbag- glad to hear that are exactly the tricks I suck!

I tried for blur and smear

blur x3 and smear x4 are my new records.

flipside smear is not good I can hit one without any probs but can't do anything out of it.

This is not acceptable and will change soon .

joe, when will you come to shred for a session? just write a pm/sms, when you think about it. i read, that you now have some sparetime. exams are over. time to schrätt!

I got a master plan for my studies and I changed my technique of studying due to my worse marks I got the last term.

Prepare after the class and sum all the shit up- visit each lesson and stuff like that .

Summing up there is not much spare time but I am working hard on coming to Dortmund .

I got lots of Hausarbeiten this term and so I am working on the pc a lot so I am somewhat fixed to my place or my college.

Ok here we go - one hour for me :

I am trying to set my steps straight up so hard but it will still need some work.

Hi Jochen good to hear that you really care for your study!
IMHO reviewing learning matter after every lesson and repeat it before the next lesson is the best way to be succesful. When you don't understand something in class, work on chancing this before next class! Ask your prof or a fellow student or try to figure it out by yourself. That kind of learning really helps me a lot and don't have such a hard time preapering for the tests. Good luck and keep shreding hard

Jop due to this fact I am not that much relaxed but I can feel I am on the right track or maybe just a little bit more right than before.

Shred motivation is not that high these days - time for a few outdoor sessions I think.

these days my sessions suck - Had to stop each second session due to knee pain.

I am back on track - outdoor sessions on soft grounds and below the sun are bringing back motivation.

I prepaired a shred 30 for worlds and german champs I guess I won't be able to dial it until praha or euros let's see.

It was a pleasure to shred with Timon in bielefeld .

Thanks for all the people who were there.
I got so many impressions this weekend. It was a blast.

Some detailed thanks ( only those I remembered ):

The Todexon Team for organizing and handling my requests ( Ha I could be a pain in the neck I think )

Marco for driving and accepting my inability to organise the drive a little bit better and switching the music.
Moreover thanks to all you have done this weekend .

Riku for being a perfect roomate ( one more blanket and tooth paste )

Tobi for giving my a towel to complete "my" sleeping/ bathroom equipment.

Judschi ( sp) for being there, nice guy to spend some time with.

Max Kerkhoff for giving me tips on technique.

All those who cheered for me during my comps, and shredded with me.

Summing up it was a pleasure to be there and meet all those I have never met before or those who I do not meet often enough.

That is all for now .

I guess I will add my two cents to other reports about Todexon or maybe write a bigger report later.

Praha is a nice and interesting city.

So motivated to play ..... in three hours there will be one guy going for schooling swirls and giving out starburst bags in the park mofos.

man you will feel my revenge on our long and boring drive too lausanne...

but as i said, it was ok for me, jakob had good musik then, so it wasnt that bad.

I am pretty pissed these days because I really wanted to write a big report about euros but I got no time.

Euros were a blast.

Holy shit.

Since a few days I am back in business. I got a severe pain in my lower back . Nowadays I am getting better and go practicing more regular.

Hopefully I will be able to shred without any pain in future.

I guess I were at modified about three times in the last 3 month- puh.

I guess I will make it to Dortmund to the Jam.
