i also enjoy chaos 88, combat 84, midtown bootboys, johnny rebel, david allen coe, and all sorts of other"racist"bands...to me music is music is music...sure theirs a "negative" message being sent through it but i could care less.

wow you're really uneducated and ignorant towards this genre of music then....not all racist bands sing about killing black people and jews...try to understand what you're talking about before you start making statements that are the farthest thing from the truth...btw skrewdriver never sang about killing or suppressing jews in any way nor did combat 84 and chaos 88...jonny rebel and david allen coe on the other hand...but they sing country...skrewdriver were a non racist band when they started out...

ok first of all skrewdriver was not nazi. they sang about white power and supremacy.(before a discussion gits started about morals or rights or censorship or what he or she said...be sure all the facts straight.) people make allowances for lyrical expression everyday whether it be underground or mainstream. if we make one person quiet because we dont agree with something they said then it aplies all across the board for good and/or bad. just because i like a certain band doesnt mean i agree with everything thats being said. i dont know how many times little kids sing along with a song and not know the lyrics. they know they like what they hear though. because you dont agree with whats being said doesnt mean you cant like the band cause they sound good. if that was the case id have to git rid of alot of my cds and vinyl. the lyrics arent what made skrewdriver or combat or chaos good bands...it was the sound. skrewdriver has a classic brtitish sound people like and wanted to hear regardless of the lyrics.

i said i dont like to listen to music with lyrics about killing blacks and jews. you said that is "the furthest from the truth" but some of the bands you mentioned DO have songs about killing blacks and jews they are HATE bands. what are there shows like? have you ever been to one?

i understand how you say that you like the way their music sounds and you just dont agree with the lyrics. I like some songs for the way they sound and i dont really care too much about the lyrics, but i just feel different when the lyrics are that hatefull.

i am in no way calling you a racist though.

i only heard a little skrewdriver and i think i heard a song about "bathing in niggers blood" that was enough for me but i could be wrong i guess your right i dont know a lot about these bands. i just dont want to know anything about them. i think i also heard a song that talked about killing SHARP skins. and thats just as good i guess, they want to kill people who are against racism.
