my shoes are now basically sandals. the entire inside surface is missing. i've taken about five or six massive dumps in the past few months that have set new personal bests for quantity and even size. last one had about 4/5 of it protruding out of the water

played footbag w/ jere, tom, collin, and riley last night.

we had a mock sick1 w/ 3 attempts. tom footed pixie a few times. jere tried pdx whirling swirl and the'd the swirl making it pdx whirl. Collin footed switchover. riley tried blurry whirl and pdx blender but no dice. I hit vortex, food processor, and mobius. it was the first time I've ever laid down tricks on every attempt in a sick1

Gave lots of tries to blender ending in reverse hopover instead of osis. Looks pretty ugly when I try it

mostly did bops throughout the evening and tiltless. trying to get that endurance up and build my knee strength in my right leg. according to mirken, I don't use enough knee bend on certain tricks, but doing lots of knee bend on those tricks hurts my knee, so I learned how to do them efficiently w/o excessive knee bend. Now I think I need to build that knee up in order to not look so choppy and become more consistent w/ my game

This blog ain't no second page material! We've got to keep it fresh. Kevin, you should have called yesterday. I had several people over. It was pretty sweet. Anyway, we'll talk about it later. James should have come up to Missoula this weekend, if not to just hang out and shred, then for the sake of Evan's birthday. Either way, I look foreward to the next Missoula/Spokane shred.

my roomate cody's band played at the top hat last night. I got wasted and danced the night away, bailed on my ride to dance more, and ended up jogging all of the way home at 3 in the morning. that's a 5 mile jog! I only walked for a quarter mile. haven't ran like that since high school cross country. now my legs are too sore to kick
