Mega props Daryl!
Max, the first trick is:
1. I'm doing a Pixie set,
2. I'm kicking a bag with my knee and after this kick the bag is fast going down,
3. I'm delaying the bag on ss Toe.
Try it w/o Pixie set. It's not that hard.

I think Atomic Dog is some ridiculous other name for Atomic DLO which was named as Predator long ago and i think this new name should be banished from the annals of footbag... but thats just my opinion....

Predator and Atomic Dog are both names for Atomic Op DLO, I just like Atomic Dog better, and I think it was around first. It's the name of a George Clinton song, Bow-wow-wow-yippie-yo-yippie-yeah

Locomotion
Gyro Miraging Refraction *
* Unlike most Refractions where you spot the bag and catch on the inside of your leg, I do a complete dex and spot the bag on the outside of my body before catching. So it's like a Butterfly bailed to a ss Osis.

I think that's just a Butterfly Osis. Different than a Refraction. I can do a Butterfly Osis well but not a Refraction.
