you start to do a pendulum, but as your leg swings back, you fall forward into pushup position, continue to swing your leg back, and point your toe at your head as you do a toe delay. The bag never leaves your foot. Then you try and stand up and swing your foot back down. I did that a bunch of times, but then dropped right after
