Really really nice session with the Copenhagen crew.
Played surprisingly well, some highlights:
- Symp Swirling Osis inspired by the WD/MC video.
- SS Guay > Muted Swirl [rpt] a couple of times
- Some DLOs even bsos, good looks at the gyro variation
I've been looking for more easy clipper > toe transition tricks.
DLO seems to be a possibility. I don't do and don't really like Pdx Mirage so right now I am stuck with:
spinning/ducking legover (unreliable), SS Legover (boring) and Guay (not really ending on toe and hard to play out of thus.
So I think I am gonna work that trick some more.
There where 9 players at the session.
Lise made her comeback and Rasmus bought some new guy I didn't know.
Great atmosphere even though nobody seemed to play really well.
After the session I went out for a beer and of course forgot my gear somewhere on the way home. Great night but really annoying.
Desperate for new shoes but no money. shrug

Next month I am gonna see De La Soul. Gonna be fucking sick.

I'm so pumped to shred after watching the Johnny video.

I have an idea for a nice little videoproject and my new roommate has a really nice camera.
Hope it will be good enough to be the next Fourkast video.

I am really into foosball at the moment. I am still very bad but getting better and better everytime I play.
Yesterday I went to the danish champs to hang out and it was really fun.
Foosball players are so much like footbaggers. Nice, weird, funny-looking and party-like. You probably have to be like this to pick up a small weird sport and take it really serious.

Anual General Meeting in Copenhagen Footbag Club yesterday.
First a great meting, then some great shred and then some good beers.
I got my shoes from Nis and adjusted super fast, they actually fit me better than the old ones.
My highlights:
- Blinks where on
- Symple Swirl bsos
- DSO > DATW IN > DATW Out > DOD > DDD off foot
- Hit some new sick combos but saving them for a video.

Kim was on fire tonight:
- Skullsmasher > Mobius > Run with mobius bsos
- 20 plus ripwalks
- Run with toe whirl rake bsos and rev whirl rake bsos
- Some amazingly long runs with loads of variety

And now.. friday bar at my school!

Had a one hour session with Lise.
It's so great to have a decent indoor spot right next to your apartment.
None of us played very well but it was good times for sure.
Highlights:
- Far Symposium Reverse Whirling Rake both sides (what a long trick name)
- Frontside Toe Blur > Run
- A good midrun gyro ducking toe stall

Is it just me or is the blog section really dead at the moment?

Barcelona will kill Real Madrid tonight. Looking forward to that.

Yo-fizzied's blog section does need an overhaul, with a dash of Cleaver salt, some Moir Pepper, some Jim's Video Blog onion, Olaf cinnamon, and some good 'ol fashioned Moose gravy more often.

I think some other, fine ingredients that could be added to the blog section would include Milan Butter, Norek Oil, Cod fries, Serge Kaldany peppers, some fine Man Of Steel Mustard, Phil Morrison caramel, Johnny Suderman (best left plain), Dan Ednie ketchup, and a heartwarming platter of whatever Juho is eating. I'd take all of it, and pay top dollar.

We should start recruiting. What will the incentives be? For every post they make, they get one E-Prop, and virgin?

A little more on what's going on in Copenhagen..

Anual General Meeting in Copenhagen Footbag Club
The interesting things we discussed for you guys:
- We are thinking about hosting a big danish open and try to get alot of visitors from other countries in a year or two
- Roskilde will happen again this year. (I am super happy about this!)
- We are gonna buy a hi-speed hi-def camera for the money the club has.
Me, Nis and Mads Hole making videos with that is gonna be so good.

Yesterday was Christmas Lunch in Copenhagen Footbag Club.
The location was a really good restuarant at Freetown Christiania.
If you don't know what Christiania is you should read about it here:

It really is one of the coolest places in the world.
Dinner was good. Schnitzel and chocolatemousse for desert.
Then there was the big lottery, which is a tradition.
You can win bags, dvds, etc.
I won a massage by a professional guy who you used to be a footbagger.
Pretty cool.
I also learned that Rasmus used to have a babysitter that looked like Valerie from Beverly Hills 90210. That's pretty cool.
Afterwards I went out for some beers with Nis, Kim and Rasmus and my roommate.
They went home and me and my roommate got some at a decent and very cheap place called Foss.
A good night.

Tomorrow I am going to the thursday session and Nis has promised to film for a video.
Should be fun.

No footbag this past week. Hella busy with project for school.
Luckily I got christmas holliday on thursday and I hope to play alot of footbag then.
I also have plans for a video, so hopefully that will be done before new years!

Paul Cronjaeger is gonna stay at my place with some friends the coming days.
They are here to demonstrate doing the climate meeting here in Copenhagen.
I hope we both have time to get into atleast one session.

I am so into the The Glitch Mob at the moment.
Probably gonna use some of their music for my next video.

Saw the show and got drunk with her, the actors and the rest of the crew.
Then we went to her place, more drinking and some music geeking.

It doesn't work Jamieboy.

I played footbag with Nis, Rune, Kim and our special guest Paul Cronjaeger.
And man is he good! Creative links, lots of 5s and really long runs.
I couldn't find my shoes but still did decent, not any real highlights.
Nis suck at pincher/squeeze whatever you call it. It's kinda funny.
He is slowly getting better though.

Hello everybody

I totally forgot to post about my session with Paul Cronjaeger.
Paul stayed at my place during the COP15-thing in Copenhagen along with some of his German friends.
They where good guests even though it wasn't much I saw them.
They where demonstrating and I had so much to do at school. Basicly being there from 10 in the morning to 12-1 at night everyday.
But we found time to have a session. Kim, Rune and Nis was also there.
I couldn't find my shoes I got from Nis and I have now found out that they are totally lost. Loosing two pairs of shredshoes in a month sucks.
Well, I just played in my Vans and it went okay.
Did some infinities because that makes Nis happy and worked on DLOs and Swirls.
Paul is really good. Alot of midrun fives and funkyness like rotor/motor-whatever it's called.

It sucks having no shoes but atleast I can't play anyway.
I fell down on my hip from a bar I was dancing on in my underwear.

So time for a little update before I end on page 2..

Haven't played any footbag but got a visit by swiss footbag princess Lena.
Lots of stuff happened.

We partied with people from my school.

We went to Mads Holes birthday. And I ate crazy chili and I got really fucked.
(Not really a photo from the party, I just really like it.)

I got sick.

Lena saw Christiania and "Pisserenden".

We saw The Little Mermaid.

We saw Adventure Time many times.

So I am officially playing footbag again after my longest break ever I think (and I wasn't even injured).

I played with Lise today. We where planning to play in NÃ¸rrebrohallen but it was closed so we moved to another Gym, that I kinda liked better.
Alot further away from me though (closer to Lise).
Lise is planning to play four days a week again, I hope I can do something similiar.
We both played pretty badly. I got alot better during the session though - the beginning was so bad.
Lises highlights:
Blurry Whirl first try
Foodprocessor first try
Good look at gyro drifter bsos
My highlights:
A run starting with infi>infi, ducking clipper bsos and a blink
Run with Toe Ripwalk bsos and ending with PS Rev Whirl > PS Rev Whirl > Ducking Rev Whirl off foot

I'm cutting down on my drinking.
5 hardcore times a week haven't been unusual lately.
