I think he means like gyro shooting with the second dex in to out instead of out to in... maybe. Surging Quantum seems like a good explanation to me though.

PROPS Kljopa, that's a sweet move! but, bowler misinformed you. Illusioning symp illusion is called massacre. chainsaw massacre has a legover on the end, as Matt K said.
