brian, downtime legbeater is a sweet trick. try the blurry one without ever planting the set foot. or maybe you already do it like that?

If some moves give you hip pain, do the hip flexor stretches on hoodshouse.com. I used to have really bad hip pain from some moves. After doing the hip flexor stretches before and during sessions for a few weeks, it went away completely. Very highly recommended.
