SCHOOL'S OUT! I just finished writing my last exam for the year. WOOO HOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gonna go play some footybaggysackyhack and run around and PARTAY! WEEEEE! I cannot contain my excitement.

I toe flicked a cuddlebag all the way home from my exam. I has one hole in it. Extreme stress test completed and the bag passes. It's not leaking yet, the hole is so small.

Asthma is really bad these days. Tom passed me another one of his colds. It sucked really bad because I spent the past 3 days moving from my previous apartment in with Tom. The apartment is looking sweet, but I'm feeling so miserable.

I received climacools yesterday and I'm so stoked to play in them the minute my asthma goes away. They are modded, the inside gap needs to be filled in. Pictures to come.

I feel so bad that I didn't offer my birthday wishes! Happy Belated Birthday Peng! I'll tell you what, I'm going the extra mile to stitching a bag just for you! I'm going to take more time on it to have it look aesthetically pleasing. I'm sure you'll love the colors, and I think my stitching has come a far way from the first three I made!

Hopefully you'll come stop by at Jersey Spike. It's only formal if I present the bag to you in person than to mail it and find it's been trashed/lost by the postal service. :)

And I'm anticipating on crashing with you and Tom for the week for Ottawa day. I'm now looking for some good deals on plain tickets. :P

Sorry Pengpeng, I've had a lot of orders on bags lately (don't we all!) and I've just started stitching your bag after, what, two months? lol. I'll be sure to send it to you as soon as it's completed. And, it will be pink! :)

Give Tom my regards. I hope to see you two at East Coast!

Ah... summer.

Well, Tom's working and so is our other roomate Joel. Lotus is snuggling with me while I type this on this lovely lazy Saturday afternoon. I'm avoiding homework I should be doing, but all is well. I can't wait for Tom to come home and we can go out to play together.

I haven't posted in here for awhile. Partially because I changed my email and I couldn't log into modified for the longest time. The other part is simply because I rarely post.

I really hate that chat wars banner looking back at me on my screen. Why is it that it came back? I thought we had gotten rid of it? I don't even get it.

I was at TOFU2 this past weekend, and Montreal Jam a few weeks before that. Both jams were small, but nice. It was nice seeing the friends I have made through footbag again and also meeting new friends like JP.

It was fantastic seeing Chris Dean playing footbag in Ottawa. He's just so styley and smooth. He makes all his motions so effortless. Definitely something to aspire to. Chris is too modest sometimes. I got a few tips from Paul Agostinelli, despite his trip on the magical munchables. I didn't see as much of Matt Cross' guitar this time around, but I'm sure I'll see more of it again sometime. Thanks Matt for driving us up to Ottawa.
We played lots of footbag in the sun in Ottawa, and it was really great to have all the support I did have at the jam. This was my first experience of Canada Day in Ottawa and it was a sight to be seen. There were so many people out celebrating and some even gave us money for playing footbag.

There was one kid that made me a little bit sad though while we were in Ottawa. I think his name was Martin. He was a Montrealer and he could hit bigger tricks than I could, but dropped often. He kept saying he sucked and had a very negative attitude about his ability when it was obvious that I was the one with the least ability in the crowd. He also wasn't too used to using a 32 and I could sense that he was nervous. Despite our props and encouragement, he left without saying goodbye and when we did notice, he was nowhere in sight. I feel kind of bad because the footbag jam experience has been nothing but positive to me and I hope that this experience didn't leave a bad taste in his mouth for footbag.

I am glad I have someone like Tom teaching me footbag. He gives me props on the smallest of accomplishments. I've never felt pressured. It just feels a little weird to be the only girl at a footbag jam. I'm glad Ryan and Dan's girlfriends were there to make it a little more comfortable.

I'm going to go make footbags ready for worlds now. toodles!~

I miss Tom. It's been the longest 2 weeks ever. I have one more to go before he's back. I miss physical contact. I miss having someone to play footbag with.

I've been playing alone a lot. Derrick's stopped playing and Jack's in China. I don't have any way to contact Ben and Tim's disappeared off the face of the earth.

I've been solidly drilling clippers and osis... osii(?) and I've been learning drifters and my pixies and mirages are becoming super consistent and easy. I try to play at least 5 times a week these days for 2 hour sessions. I've also been working on getting my strings to be longer. I want to be truly tiltless by the end of the year. I'm feeling really confident I can get there.

I've also been stitching up a frenzy to fill all those orders I neglected so I could stitch bags for worlds. I'm really pleased with my footbags lately. I like the looks of them and how quickly they can be shreddable.

I've learned to screenprint! Expect footbag shirts from Tom and I real soon. We'll try to make them nice and affordable. I'd really like to make one of a kind footbag shirts with innovative print placements so that no two shirts are exactly the same. If footbag is about freestyle, than our clothing should be too.

I never knew how much work it is to put together an event. I'm going to take a break from things until Tom gets back. He's feeling left out of his own idea. Kickass 2 is going to be so awesome! I trying to make it very affordable too, because it being the beginning of the school year, I'm sure most people will be broke like I will be due to tuition and stuff. I hope Bevier and Clavens do drive the 10hrs to Kingston. That'd be sick.

PS. Dave, if you read this, sorry I fell asleep playing scrabble.

Do you think you would be able to screenprint someone else's logo onto a shirt if they gave it to you (I assume this would cost more though)?

Because that'd be kick ass...

i know what its like to miss someone peng peng. My girlfriend JUST got back from holland a couple days ago. she was gone for the LONGEST 3 weeks of my life. Shes sooo lucky though. her mom was born in holland and her aunt and grandmother still live there, so she goes there atleast once a year to visit. she got to go to amsterdam and everything. i missed her so much. Sometimes the time apart is almost good though, i think it makes you appreciate the person that much, and just makes your love stronger. Tom will be home soon enough.

Kickass 2 sounds like it will be awesome. Do you and Tom have crash space for the diggeses and pat at your newly furnished apartment? i still haven't seen it!!! if i somehow manage to get some money i wanna come up before kickass 2. Im not sure if that'll happen though. My car broke down a few days ago, and it looks like it won't be worth it for me to fix it. im pretty sure i'm going to have to buy a new car sometime soon. That way i can get back and forth to school which is a half hour comute each way, and so i can go to footbag tournies.

Im really excited to see you and tom!

I guess I neglected to tell people this and it's been bugging me.

My name is spelled Peng, but pronounced not the way you'd think. It's pronounced like 'tongue' with a 'P'.

Today I went and hung out with smelly nerds with BO.... Footbaggers stink, but they have a reason that they stink. I'm not sure why Magic in an air-conditioned room make these people stink so bad. It's suffocating, but I was lonely and my apartment is empty and everyone is away for the long weekend. I haven't played Magic in oh so long and the cat hasn't quite grasped the knowlege of Magic yet.

I kicked ass at Friday Night Magic though. I came in first in the tournament. I got a few DCI foil rares out of it. Schooled some guy who spent $200+ to build his deck with multiple copies of Mindslaver and Bringer of the White Dawn. Traded some cards and got multiple copies of a card I've been aching to have. Salvaged a lonely Hyalopterous Lemure from collection where he was under-appreciated to join its band of brothers in my collection.

I got very little sleep last night due to a fiasco which left me to go to bed at 4:30am. Played a bunch of footbag today but hit nothing special. It was really frustrating today and it's Friday night and I'm being a big mopey loser.

Good call on letting people know the proper pronunciation of your name. That's pretty key.
