I just had my first footbag sesh since being injured and I have to say for a small gentle session it went alright. I broke some personal records (nothing major, i have been trying to master kicking and I got 6 alternating kicks which is double what I can normally get so I figure its not that bad for being off for so long and I had just begun playing around with kicking right before i got injured.) I have great control though, which is what I am liking.

I just drilled a little and i was very positive and it felt greeeeeeat.

Yesterday was quite awesome. So many things came true that I wanted.
First I was all... damn I wish I had a new footbag mentor, someone to kick with that is awesome and fun and super cool... and then Mr. Nick Laroche was all.. Im gonna come shred with you next weekend.. Knight in shiningfootbag armor or what.

Then I was alll... I want pizza. So i was going to make some from scratch but have no yeast. So I had been dreaming of pizza all day and night.. and then magically my roommate was like.. we're going for pizza!

Then while I was in the car waiting for pizza, I was all... I want to hear that cheesy "dontcha" track cuz Christy and I like grooving to it because it reminds us how awesome it is to be us and just in general its good for people to know their power and beauty. And then my roommates boyfriend was like.. I have that track on a cd somewhere! So we played it!

It went on like that pretty much all night just one thing after another of getting the good stuff . I really should have had a footbag session last night I bet I would have hit some nice stuff hah.

I woke up today feeling sick. Oh dear. I have to work the next week in a row too. sigh.

Okay. Since this is my blog I can blog it up without caring. YAY. I had to write this to extinguish some of the excitment im bursting with so I can focus on the shit I need to do. but yeah, instead of Nick Laroche coming down next weekend, he is being a freakin insane soldier man and taking the grueling 6 hour bus ride TOMORROW intead!!!!!!!! So instead of waiting a week and arriving in comfort he's showing up tomorrow after an insane bus ride. WOW!

Footbag people are probably some of the greatest (and probably worst too but hey this is a happy entry) people I have ever met. Especially when I connect with them on more levels then just footbag because then we can eat sleep and breathe footbag still but also appreciate other amazing aspects of life ! and they wont be weirded out when you pull out this small bag and start rubbing it and kissing it and talking to it. I HEART FOOTBAG!

I am surging with energy right now! SO EXCITED!

I also feel like a 13 year old girl thats going to meet a backstreet boy. or better yet hae one come over!!!!!! TOMORROW! thats so not a week from now. thats like.. less then 24 hours.
