Style is the answer to everything.
A fresh way to approach a dull or dangerous thing
To do a dull thing with style is preferable to doing a dangerous thing without it
To do a dangerous thing with style is what I call art
Bullfighting can be an art
Boxing can be an art
Loving can be an art
Opening a can of sardines can be an art
Not many have style
Not many can keep style
I have seen dogs with more style than men,
although not many dogs have style.
Cats have it with abundance.
When Hemingway put his brains to the wall with a shotgun,
that was style.
Or sometimes people give you style
Joan of Arc had style
John the Baptist
Jesus
Socrates
Caesar
García Lorca.
I have met men in jail with style.
I have met more men in jail with style than men out of jail.
Style is the difference, a way of doing, a way of being done.
Six herons standing quietly in a pool of water,
or you, naked, walking out of the bathroom without seeing me.

Played footbag on friday with Jeff, Verena, Mads and Mads.
Got props for Batman bsos and Fairy Same Legover > Pixie Kneebumping Rev Whirl
Was surprised to hear that Jeff thinks DATW should be a 4 add, since it's easier for me than Mirage.
Jeff is pretty good at footbag.
Me and Jeff also shared a chicken like this:

The chicken was definitely the session highlight. Also, playing in a session with both madss is rare and rewarding.

We need to play more Asmus. Also I hit forehead stall > blind pincher today at NRBhallen

Danish Champs was a huge succes. Didn't get to play but did alot of organizing.
Some of my friends DJ'ed, my shirts was a hit and everybody seemed to have alot of fun.

Doing danish champs in a park seems like such a good idea from now on.
Getting more spectators and enjoying the (sometimes) nice Copenhagen summer.

Nis finally won. Too bad Mathias Blau couldn't be there but Nis deserves it. He worked his ass off.
Rene Ruhr and Milan Benda played some amazing routines. And they are both great guys.

Here is a photo of the event fully on:

And a photo of the DJs:

Mads Hole has more pictures on his facebook:

Life is good. Working my ass off and enjoying finally having some money to my name.

ARGH! This is my post number 666!
Why didn't I see I was so close so i could get it on the 06/06/06 ..
This is one of my coolest footbag memories from my first worlds:
We took the metro home to take a shower I made it back to the Evensite. Nobody there. Oh there was somebody. Vasek shredding and Steve watching.
So cool to see Vasek bust ridicolous tricks and we even got the chance to make him try some of our ideas. He came close to Double Spinning Double Blender. And Double Spinning Mobius. Im not sure what it was. But Søren said it was Double Spinning Mobius. He hit Swirling Pdx Whirl first try and then he tried Swirling Pdx Whirling Swirl but could not get the set as good as on the first try. I bet he could hit it tough. He also hit some of the stuff you have heard of Symposium Clownface and blablabla..
I seemed like a total teenage douchebag before going to Boarding School. Afterwards I seemed much more chill. I like that.
Asmus wrote: - I found an old very long ladies jacket on the street and ran around in it for an entire day. Was fun.

This was also one of my better footbag moments:
Asmus wrote:Footbag ot me laid last weekend. I kind of wanna write the story but that wouldn't be nice.
Where is Henry Griese?
Me and Frede (Frederik Mens) created a sweet sport that I am going to do a movie about one day.
The rules of the sport:
Men between 25 - 45 meet up in a Gym at late night.
They are piss drunk and do not know each other.
They are not allowed to speak.
They then do a high-jump competition without any safety or mattress.
And when they have all broken something they just go home.
Pretty awesome huh?
I totally forgot I tried to start skateboarding. That went super bad.

On a completely different note, I got a tattoo:

Been an exciting week.

Got a really real job. eLearning production/support for the danish company Børsen Academy. Gonna get my own desk and shit! 8O
Also I got a girlfriend now. Official since last night (please don't post anything on facebook about this, her current "boyfriend doesn't know). I feel like an asshole but she is awesome.
Started working on some new paintings last night. Gonna post some pics when they are done. Looking good so far.

Hopefully I can start making it to the legendary thursday sessions every week from now on. I miss the Copenhagen crew.

I saw Henry a few weeks ago while he cruised through Chicago. He played a lil bit and looked smooth, though he hasn't been playing. Ah the times where he posted so much were kewl.

CLEAN HANDZ! DIRTY FEET!

Thanks for the vid. I am listening to alot of UGK lately.

And thanks for the update on Hendawg! Glad to hear he is doing well.

I actually played footbag yesterday. 8O And even got some highlights. 8O 8O 8O

Dimwalk > Ripwalk > Ripwalk > Ducking Clipper > Infinity first try
Fairy Inside Kick > Whiz
Good Paradon > Some toe stalls > Flip Paradon

Tried Gyro Pickup ending on Inside Kick > Uptime Legover but couldn't get it. I think it would look cool.

Spins and steps were surprisingly on.

Today it's Lises birthday so here is a everyday picture of me and her:

Another thursday session with Mads N, Kim, Rasmus and Anne present.
Mads Hole peeped in a couple of times, he works at a bar just around the corner.
Milan can tell you more stories about that place. ;)

I played surprisingly well, I can really feel that I am not drinking as much as I have for the past few years.
Highlights:
Phasing Twirl
Frontside Tripwalk
Ripwalk > Ripwalk > Far Symp Rev Whirl
Really close to Pixie Clipper > Stepping Legover > PLO (rpt) and Tripwalk > Stepping Legover (rpt)
Haven't hit either of those for years.

Still way too short runs but with some drilling that should come back soon.
I really feel like I could make a comeback, thursday sessions are so fun and it seems like alot (alot compared to our standards) wants to go every week.

Here is two pics I took of Kim:

Another thursday. Another thursday session.

This time it was me, Mads Neuhard, Birkel and Paul (Verena's boyfriend) and Kim on the sideline.
Was good to see Birkel again, Paul hit some new stuff and it was nice to catch up.
Mads N was on fire - maybe not shred wise but shit-talking wise for sure!
Also I felt like my shred today actually pushed Mads a little, that was a nice feeling.
Kim was only hanging out because of a sore neck.
We also met Mads Hole outside afterwards throwing a frisbee around after a stressed night at work.

I played fairly well, if this continues I will be back at some level I've only been at years ago soon.
Some highlights:
Quantum Legover > Pixie Legover rpt first try
Some links from Blubberman - I want this so bad!
Good steps. Got close to Ripwalk > Sidewalk repeat.
A run with both Ripwalks, both Ducking Clippers and both Dimwalks
PLO > PLO > (DATW > PLO - rpt)

I need to school during these sessions. It was alot of fun though.

Job is awesome. Relationship situation isn't. I hope it all works out.

Fourth thursday session in a row. I am definitely on a footbaggin' roll.

Didn't play super well but it was a really nice intense session.
Players in attendance: Verena, Paul, Rasmus, Kim and me.

Hit a new trick: Stepping Ducking Clipper

Also Kim adviced me to set closer to my body when I step. Good tip.
He had some sick runs. If I remember correctly Moebius bsos, a run with Gyro Drifter, PS Whirl and Gyro Whirl.
Also his Janiwalkers looks so sweet!

The post-shred beers after these sessions are one of my favorite parts of my entire week.

Thank you KevCrow!

I really got the footbag fever. Yesterday I was a little bit stressed but still managed my 5(!) thursday session in a row.

It was pretty much the usual suspects Kim, Rasmus, Verena, Paul and Mads Hole dropping in from time to time.

5 means Fearless and I was super happy to hit my first fearless link - Phoenix > Ducking Far Symposium Rev Whirl! First try and everything.

Other highlights:
- Blink > Same Symp Rev Whirl
- Run starting on Legbeater with Dimwalk bsos, Ripwalk bsos and Tripwalk bsos
- Pixie Muted Gyro Toe
- DATW * 7
- 40 contact run to end the session

I think I played close to the best I have ever played, it's soon time to step it up to two sessions a week.

I also check Modified more than once a day again, sad that it feels a little like this:

Good stuff, man. Glad to see you're playing a lot. I also have been checking modified more often lately and its been feeling like a ghost town lately.

Btw, I borrowed that bukowski quote for my facebook.
