from today at work,
flipside : far symple twist - symple twist !

so now I hit all combos if I want to hit far symple twist - symple twist - rpt, just need to link more then 2 tricks

Sooo close to far symple twist b2b, but very hard, doing progress tough, especially bending over the bag a lot on the set, taking the time to get back straight up while setting before jumping for the twist helps a lot.

Will keep working on this at breaks at work for a few more days, only footbag I get, averaging 20-30 mins a day in pants in the cold.

I got a shred room but no time to play unfortunatly, I need to fix this and work on a routine for NYJ

played for close to 1 hour in my shred room

bad lightning and warm in the room!
Did'nt go for runs, mostly trying combos with symple twist

footed drifter-symple twist-rpt and symple twist-dyno-rpt

besides that not much, was fun to play a bit

Being a dad means pretty much the biggest responsability I ever had, it's an every day challenge, you just don't want to do mistakes, but then again, nobody's perfect.

It's a lot of fun, especially just having the kid's smile is enough to bring joy for the day

The downside is, a lot of time consuming, so less time for hobbys and activities, but I would'nt trade it for anything.

We need to hang out sometime when I come to Montreal!

2nd sess in 1 week, new father time record :D

not much, kicked and did easy tricks in mind of routines

then worked some more on twists, had a run with bsos far and near symple twis

playing in my small room is hard tough, I easily drop and loose my ease.

1st sess this week

1 hour

mostly tiltless and routine practice for chicago

result: out of shape, but did a 2 drop at best, and difficulty level is low for now

thing is, I'm never getting used to play in this small room and drop a lot due to confidence issues with smallness of the room

It's not the size of the house, it's how you use it.

Stoked to see you in Chicago.

ok so new years jam for me
20 hours of shred in first 2 days
1 hour shred on day 3

did bad in competition since I played so much, I'm pretty sure I played more then anyone there.

trick wise, 2 new tricks I remember: diving symple twist and spinning symple twist

new drill: pdx whirl-symple twist-rpt

besides that, I played sort of ok-goodish on saturday, then sucked the rest since I was so tired.

For the next weeks and months, a lot less footbag and more family time (what was already hapenning) Also deleted facebook account, don't want that anymore.

little kicking on my first break this mornign
14 contacts toe juggling flipside (new record)!

Getting the hang of flip toe juggling a lot more, feeling more confident to do more then 3 contacts, before I struggled every contact after 3.

besides that, not real shred since Chicago, really busy!

Gonna get married in the south in about 2 years :)

26days without a real session, longest streak ever

I mean I kick at work during breaks, but it's not the same, and all I do now is clipper, legover, and 2 bag juggling.

On the bright side, flip 2 bag juggling is improving slowly, can do 8 contacts within 5 attempts now, used to take so many, still not super confident but somehow it works

strong side can go for 25+ easy, 43 is the mark to beat right now, aiming for 50 in a near future, 100 is the ultimate goal :D

Instead of footbag I do a lot of situps and pushups,I used to suck at pushup so much, now I can go for sets of 80, trying to get to 100. At least I do some kind of workout :)

54 contacts 2 bags juggling one foot
19 contacts 2 bags juggling flipside
110 pushups

lost 8 pounds in the last 2 weeks, still no real shred session

Trying to loose another 12 pounds to get back to my weight from my hard training days. It's easy to loose right now since I'm having a proper diet with exercice, before when I trained hard I ate all I wanted, trying to be more carefull since I exercice less these days.

Every day since 2 weeks is :
100 pushups/situps in the morning, more if I got time before work

100 pushups/situps in the afternoon after work

100 pushups/situps before sleep, more if I got time before bed or got some energy left

+ footbag juggling at work for around 30 mins a day

Hey Mathieu,

I think it's very cool you have the discipline to do strict workouts like that every day! And you still play footbag too, despite how busy you are, damn man, it's inspirational.

When you getting married? You know you're coming to my reception this summer, right? I'll get you the details.

Take care buddy hope to see you soon

73 contacts 2 bags juggling one foot!

23 flipside!

started to work on switching foots, 5 contacts one foot-switch foot- 5 contacts - rpt, still hard, but can do 10 contacts without too many problems now.

weight loss, I'm at a barrier right now, after loosing around 13-14 pounds, it slowed down, but nutrition was'nt as good, need to regain focus and loose another 10-15 to be close to target.

I might get a gym pass for 3 months and actually play footbag soon.
