That is one unique way to take a picture, JDigges.
A 38panel I made yesterday

I made the pattern myself. It is bigger than I wanted and the stitching is a little shady, but it is my first 38. It plays pretty nice, even though its not broken in. Its a fun alternative to a 32 every once in a while I guess.

Once you get it down, about how long does it take to make a bag?

Sorry for the blurry pics, but my room has crappy lighting. Stitching felt like a spiritual journey for me, and I'll be stabbing at a 32 panel soon. I'm really content with my stitching (blind stitch included) and filler concepts that I played with and finally work for me personally.

Here are a few pics of the 6-paneled bags I've stabbed at lately.

The two in the back are made of regular ultrasuede. My proud achievements are in the front, made with facile. Pink! Mosher and Millzilla bag for size comparison.

For me, a 14 pannel took me 4-5 hours.

hmm. take more time to make them maybe? it looks like the green one coulda been made in 10min. no offence but that red one is so much cleaner.
looks like your gather amount is diffrent on every panel.
