thanks john :-) I like that link too, but especially because it's my bad blur and toe drifters are stupid hard for me for some reason! ha ha

--
i have today and tomorrow off because i needed it and because it was the wife's birthday, so we decided to have time together this week. we were going to go to the aquarium with the kids, but its snowing (of course). so instead we went to monkey joe's with is both an excellent name and a fun time. it's an indoor moon bounce world for kids. the little suckers had so much fun. then i shredded in the barn and it was just a fun ass session. i played hard. i footed spinning clipper > blurriest which will make actually hitting that link kind of a let down now. It was very close, and would have been the most difficult combo i've ever hit i'm sure. i did sandwich ducking legover > pixie dlo into a run which was pleasing. and i got 8 contacts without a bop mixed in which is surely a new record. i forget the trick selection, but it was something like stepping mirage > toe set whirl > dlo > paradon > ripwalk > whirl > drifter > diving clip... actually, i think that was it exactly.

Props man. Always good to push your limits on things like genuine. How's your pixie drifter (smoke)? If you can hit smog, smoke should be easy.

"WAH WAH! My name is Bob, I yearn to kick with my friend Drew! It's been boring kicking with ppl who don't know the name of tricks or concepts and owning them!"
Cool, I get it.

I'll be home next weekend for a couple days of spring break, we should kick like Sat/sun and monday. maybe multiple days?

well, i've been waiting to hear about some big news... and was promised I'd find out yesterday... but of course, two days of more damn snow shut down the state, so it has been delayed. urgh. developing an ulcer.

so i played again yesterday. i haven't played 3 days in a row for a little while. especially not 3 days of playing really hard. i'm sore today. taking today off, playing tomorrow.

no real highlights yesterday.

hey bob!

coming completely out of left field with this one, but i just heard about a week ago that there's a huge pool convention at king of prussia, PA, and i just found out last night two of my friends are driving, so it looks like im going too! its in like two weeks like the 18th-20th or something (on the weekend) so we should see if we can get a session in while we're in the neighborhood. hope everything is good,

1) stress of waiting for results of big current event,
2) job hating,
3) lack of anyone to shred with
4) fucking winter
5) continued excess weight

has been killing my motivation to play lately.

But,
1) I will supposedly know the answer by mid week
2) which could fix this problem if I get the right answer
3) pete's coming to my house
4) I was outside 8 hours on saturday and sunday, spring is creeping in!
5) playing a lot, being outside a lot, reducing unbelievable stress levels... it'll all help.

edit:
and the answer to #1 is........

Nope. Of course fucking not. Keep sharp objects away from me.

Does that mean you didn't find out the answer? Or that the answer was no?

the answer was "no". :-(

perfect fit too. 8 hour interview. ugh. wtf.

btw, everyone, come shred at the shred barn before it's too late. wife and i have been researching moving to attain slower pace of life, better work/life balance etc. We hope to achieve the goal by end of summer, but that's probably a pipe dream.

nah you dont have to do that because then i'd have to stay away from 5 adders when we're playing f-o-o-t-b-a-g  just wait til you see my patented under the leg-backspin-eyes closed-fadeaway-jump shot that im making up as i type. you might need a couple tries for that one. hah
