New page, so I'll the video from last night:

I just wanted to write to post about last nights session.
I think hitting stuff BSOS really put the cherry on top of the session. I mean Legbeater BSOS and smear BSOS just made me really happy. With the one that i hit legbeater BSOS i tried to do Blur BSOS but i lost control of it somehow. By the time i had done smear BSOS i was so wasted and out of breath that's why i didnt continue that string. Pat, I tried to do everything you mentioned, I hope i fulfilled your request. I found out that with flip pixies I just need to relax, I was trying to force them too much. drifter is good but I want that BSOS too although I havnt hit it flip yet. i did symple far pickup>Pixie symple legover in attempt to switch up my strings a little and I think it helped. Tremor was just a random move that I was feeling good about I guess, I had drifters on my mind but now that i think about it, why the hell didnt I do regular atomic drifter...oh well, next time. I set from toe everytime psilocybe, I have to say, I like it. I don't know necessarily whether or not it helped but it sure does look a heck of a lot better, thanks.
edit: Note to self- Next new move for video: Atomic Gyro Mirage

Ben, the reason you're behind after two years is because you set goals for yourself like Atomic Drifter and Atomic Gyro Mirage. Both of those are WAYYY above your level, and there's no reason for you to be hitting them.
I understand they're fun, and I thought so too until I really started drilling tiltless. 70 tiltless is a shit ton more fun. Especially when you can do it 3rd or 4th try.
I just don't get why you don't listen to people when they say stop trying big tricks. I challenge you to drill tiltless for 30 minutes, and then only try one big trick for each session (more than once, obviously, but whatever).
That was sorta harsh, and it repeated a lot of what other people have said, but I dunno. I felt I needed to say it or something.
I did like the video though, some of the strings surprised me.

Last nights session was really wet but i refused to not shred. I really wanted to...but with that comes frustration. I really just wanted to have another amazing session like i did on the 15th but it just wasnt happening. It's not that it was a bad session, because it wasn't. I was really happy about the torque stuff, especially being able to hit it mid string even though i bailed to clipper after. it came pretty natural all of the sudden. I think the gyro mirages helped quite a bit. I just need to make everything a little tighter and set a little closer to my body. I also studied a little vasek footage before i went out. It rained so hard during my session but it made it more intense and made me push harder. I don't know where that knee bumping stuff cam from but it was a really fun way to end the session. No DLO's...woops! I dont always remember everything when i shred so some days certain aspects of my game are lost in the train of thought. It was just an odd session overall because I didnt knowhow to feel about it. I guess it gets a nutral rating. what do you think?

I think these are the first vids of yours I've seen. Maybe not, but they're the first ones I remember seeing at least. I think the solid advice you're getting from people is right on, but you have to play how you want and how it's fun for you. The thing I'll add is that I really like how your game looks controlled and effortless, so keep on with that style because I think it's nice to watch.

I'm only in support of the way you play if you want to shred this weekend with me.
If you can't then I'm going to have to say that you should stop doing stepping sets. They're slowing you down.
jslashk mon ami.

I haven't played in quite a few days so I'm going to be playing a bit of ketchup the next couple days.
later!

My birthday is tomorrow, 18.
I also start work for the summer the day after.
All i need in 1000 dollars. I work there for 10 weeks though and make 300 a week so, 3000 should cover it, I think I'll put 1000 of the leftover in a mutual fund and the other 1000 will be used for disposable income.
No comments on the last video, huh? I mean, i know it was short but give me somethin!
Stepping ducking is unbelievably easy now. A little bit more difficult midstring but otherwise it's just super easy. I feel like sometimes it's a mind thing though because with spike hammer i can hit it with almost no effort was is with ripped warrior i actually have to exert myself a little. But in reality neither move should be that much more difficult than the other, i just see ripped warrior as a harder move. I bet that happens a lot and I just odnt notice it. The mind plays a big role in footbag.
Edit: i wish i was as popular as the Chan man, his blog has 8,000 more views but 2 less pages.

this session i wasnt feeling the short stuff like ripped>torque. I was in the zone but it was a wierd feeling. I wanted to shred so hard but my body didnt want to but at the same time everything was in slow motion so I was able to focus hardddd and right on. Weird, right? So I just did some "longer" strings, still with mild difficulty. Too many butters and infinities, but oh well.
Stats:
Contacts per string: 13, 15, 13
Adds: {3,3,3,3,3,3,4,3,3,3,3,3,4} {2,4,3,4,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3} {3,3,3,4,4,3,3,3,3,4,3,4,3}
Total Adds: 41, 46, 43
Average Adds: 3.2, 3.1, 3.3

doug and I played today and he and Ian are coming back for our session Friday. Whenever's good for you.
> videos - solid stuff. For the most part I noticed how you hold your arms out well and relaxed. So kudos to that. Too short for major complaints/compliments.
