The Jam at Brian's house was so fun. They've got this great house in the west burbs that they're fixing up. The basement is big enough to have a small shred circle and a 2 square court. Nathan, Tom and Brian shred the whole time. Reile played a little too

I played 2-square with him and Tom. I spent the first half of the session practicing some shots then the rest of it wailing on the heavy punching bag hanging in the next room.

THAT WAS SO MUCH FUUUUNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's very satisfying to hit the bag as hard as you can and hear it make the loud noise as it swings from the blow. I've got bruises on my knees, elbows and feet. I also sprained my pinky finger

I have not been that active since NYJ. After all the kicking Tom, Brian and Nathan jumped into the hot tub. It was like 10 degrees outside! I thought it would have been too cold so I didn't bother bringing extra shorts and a towel. Dumb-ass. Next time, next time. We ordered some pizza from this great place that I don't think is in the city

Then was sat and watched the end of a show about savants and a show called Supersize Me. Awesome session. I almost didn't come out cuz I had a stomach ache earlier in the day and I'm SSSOOO glad I made it.
