Pentagon Sides for 12 Panel

What are the side lengths for a pentagon in a twelve panel? (If it's the size of a normal 32 - golf ball sized...)

I think it depends on how deep you stitch and how much gather you use.

On the pattern generator I tried 1.1 inches for each side of one of my 12p and mine came out about golfball size.

Here is a picture of one of mine next to a ping pong ball. The sides for this one are 1.2 inches. It came out rather big for my taste.

So if I were you I'd try anywhere from 1 inch to 1.1 inch, but our stitching styles may differ.

Did you use the 32 panel template, and just use the pentagon diagram? That's what I did.
