I would've liked to have had more shred than interview, and I had enough footage for it I guess, but I had so many hardware and software problems that I'm just happy I was able to make a video.

Awesome manna that's a really cool video, Im going to show it to a lot of people. I enjoyed the music a lot. Atomic, pixie, fairy ducking stuff was really cool. One tip: Make sure when oyur doing ducking that you get the bag more around your neck, right now it's going over you actual head a little too much and it doesnt look as tight as it should.

P.S.- I would pay Chan to make a movie of myself like that.

haha. i know what you mean Emily. i think its cuz im skinny and pretty lanky,plus i think north Americans all have bad backs...atleast thats what they told me when i had yoga classes

. maybe thats the reason why i toook a break from shred when my back was hurting. Fanks for the tip and coment everyone.
