I think me and Drew need a place to stay. Wherever the rest of the footbaggers arriving plan on staying outside the Gatesman abode, I guess we'll be game as well. I know I'm pretty strapped on cash, but I wouldn't mind pitching in and sharing a room.

yeah, i already suggested that motel 6. it would be extremely convenient for me as a driver and also walking distance from everything on the strip. low cost dwelling in the middle of the most expensive real estate on the planet. i think its a good idea. i'm hoping to not end up with more than 15 people at my place, but like i said it's going to be packed.

also, i posted the parking location for the event. i've inquired about parking costs and regulations for unlv and it turns out that saturday and sunday have free parking all day, but friday we will need to find independent parking because it's only free parking after 5pm on friday night.

caroline, tom, and i went shopping for a lot of groceries and spent like $160 on everything from alcohol to pasta, breakfast food, and drinks. feel free to pitch in especially if you're staying at my place. i'd appreciate a $5-10 pitch in from anyone who stays, but if that's not plausible for any given reason then it's fine. we are spending additional cash on gas for airport pickups and drinks/snacks at the event site, so like i said, feel free to pitch in.

i think that covers everything. i'll post a general schedule and circles soon. text me with any questions. other than that, see everyone around noon on friday at the site. the map is on the first post with my address and digits if you need them.

arrive: 12.39am Thursday night (technically Friday morning)

depart: 8:05am Tuesday

I hope its ok that I am getting in so late. I would rather not have to spend any extra money on a hotel room but if I have to I will. I really only need a place to stay for tonight, the rest I will figure out as I go along.

Ok, so my connecting flight was delayed, damnit. Can't get to Vegas tonight as I originally planned :(

The best I could do was get on a flight tomorrow, arriving at the same time. So, my REVISED itinerary is:

Arrive Friday 3/25 @ 8:57PM : Jet Blue
Depart Monday 3/28 @ 10:00AM : Jet Blue

Sorry for any confusion to Evan, or whoever was planning on picking me up. If you can't pick me up tomorrow (Friday) night, let me know and I'll find a way.

Is Idaho still coming to this? I'm flying out tonight, and it looks like I'm staying at Chez Gatesman the whole time. Excited to see everybody this weekend!

same here, just got back.

sorry I didn't get a chance to say goodbyes to everyone. I didn't want to interrupt the circle that was going on when I left.

I had a great time, and really appreciate everyone's help. I don't know when I'll be able to download the footage from my camera (since my laptop's firewire is messed up). but I know I got some great did that o can't wait to see again.

I'll post a link when I get the footage online

That was a blast thanks a ton to Even for hosting and dealing with all of us trashing his house and driving us every where. Thanks to everyone being so cool and fun to hang out with. That was one of the best vacations of my life, I'm just saying.
