Didn't really give much more thought to the idea, Fredward. I posted it right after I thought it up. Maybe have two 15 min demos every hour from 12-4. Showcase 2 of the sports games/disciplines a day (assuming its another 3 day event) net & squares day 1, shred & net day 2, squares & shred day 3.

Freestyle prelim events can be held in the after hours shred room so finals can be done the last 2 days as demos at the main venue.

For anyone catching up, this is just an idea, this is not the official format for this year.
