toby- very interesting. i hope you're goin for playability somehow with that wierdass pattern, instead of just looks---

seems a lot of people are putting 90% of their energy into making a 'pretty' bag- the aesthetics of which have NOTHING to do with their ability to shred.

i did however notice that you said that so far its playing like you intended, so i think you're goin for performance which i admire!

i borrowed a little paragraph out of the legendary abshire book to create this bag, of which im very proud. ATOMIC BABY! its small, it plays fantastically so far, and im super optimistic about its break in. its going to my good man benjamin duffle- whos pretty much well... the best person i know.

cheers!

Yeah, i'm definatly going for performance. That has been my goal since i stitched about my 4th 32, and i've since experimented with about 40 different "stitching styles" or footbag designs.
Mowley wrote:what's a 1210 bag? that like the stiching patten of something? and how you get those pents round?
A 1210 is where the bag is made with dodecagons(12 sides) and decagons(10) unstead of hexagons(6) and pentagons(5). This results in alot of extra material which puffs out a bit and makes the "pents" look round. The goal was to make a bag that behaves like the best 32s, without the 2 months break in time.
Toby Suggate

I'm thinking about something... and there is a very high chance it has something to do with footbag.

I played with the 'alien' bag today, it's way softer than it looks, but maintains shape better than any other 32 I have played with.
From playing with it for a few minutes it feels less sticky than the other 32s I have, but they are broken in... it will be interesting to see how well this new creature breaks in.
