Yeh he dropped it in that video. It was never meant to represent the move properly.

A 6-dex move will NOT be hit. The more dexterities in a single trick, the less attention that can be applied to each individual dex. For this reason, there would always be some sort shoey or toey-ness. The quad dex downtime moves suggested have all contained a barrage or a double down component (I think?). These elements are already difficult to clean by their lonesomes, nevermind adding swirls and symposium!! 8O

After hearing about these 5-dex moves, does it really sound like there is any room for another?

Prove me wrong.

From Jeremy's video of his thing which wasnt clearly his best attempt, there was room for a swirl...

What 5 dexes have we "heard" of people trying? I say 6 dexes will almost definately be hit sometime, even if its not now

Thank you!!!

I've always thought this but it's always nice to have a voice with some modicum of credibility behind it back up my instincts.

Thanks Jorden.

Yeah there are definitely people close to a few other five dexes apart from those mentioned. I know of somebody who footed one that is most likely clean (because of the components) but we'll have to wait and see.

I think a 6 dex is definitely possible and will one day be hit. The way I look at it there are 3 downtime 3 dex moves (maybe there are more but I can only think of three) - double down swirl, mofly and flurry. There are plenty of 2 dex uptime sets but only a very small amount of uptime 3 dex sets that have been hit and all have been hit with the last dex basically peak time rather than actually on the way up. My prediction for a six dex move is either symp furious nuclear ss flurry or ss mofly - the second move would be awesome. Anyway I think it's bound to happen eventually but is super super hard. There will definitely be more 5 dex moves hit - combinations of the 2 dex uptimes and the 3 dex downtimes as well as 3 dex uptimes and 2 dex dowtimes.

Has anyone ever come close to a barraging nuclear set? I was just trying the motion and it seems completely possible!

I think a few people have hit symposium barraging nuclear. Don't think the non symp version is really possible.

Yeah there's a possible one, Symp Barraging Nuclear Shaft Swirl *shrug*

Ducking Superfly Swirl is fairly possible, so all you have to do is get a high Symp Barraging Nuclear set.
But let's start off with a Full Archnemesis... :| And then Full Archnemesis Swirl... :?

Vasek has a high Symp Barraging set, maybe someone who comes after him can add that Nuclear there.

Hmm... If only Derek Vandall and Vasek could be combined somehow...

[edit]: think how many adds that trick would be... symp barraging (3) nuclear (2 +xdex) symp double dex (3 +xdex) swirl (2 )
=12
