Just making sure your all hip to Parkour. Makes me think of the possibilities of mixing it with footbag/juggling.

Yeah a heavy backpack is disturbing.I like parkour too i've even thought now while showering to train myself somehow i do push ups and stuff everyday.

Though parkour is kinda dangerous but id like to be able to do all them flips and stuff.

I think the training involved is more martial arts training and stuff like that as opposed to muscle training. I mean, sure there is a lot of muscle involved, but I think most of it is in knowing like, exactly the limits of your body and skill, and then meeting that limit.

I think it's pretty cool, although I still prefer footbag.

There is a high risk of injury and that kinda stops me if i injur myself i wont be able to shred.

On the training subject id say that without proper physics you wont be able to push your limits and use your body properly and definatly good flexebility.

I've always thought parkour looked as cool as footbag, but I'm way too afraid of injury. I think it'd be a sport a lot like skateboarding-- for everything cool you do you've could probably have injured yourself pretty badly.

I was going to move this to Kicking Circle, but Nic's comment made me think that maybe more people would only see it here. I guess that doesn't stop any other mods from moving the topic, though :p

I heard that Banlieue 13 is coming to North American theatres [soon?] under the name "Suburbs 13", I think...though I remember seeing a few different translations.

i figured since there was a beatboxing parot in here.....I could get away with posting it here too.

a big part of not getting injured is knowing how to fall, its a whole skillset, knowing your body's limitations and how to distribute weight and momentum against/with gravity

whats up with stephen barnes up there? homo what? homoerectus?

District B-13. That movie KICKS ASS. My friend and I watched it with subtitles and holy crap is it awesome. Not only is it one of the best action/parkour movies I've ever seen, but the plot is actually super cool, the setting is unique, and the characters are all believable. I definitely recommend seeing it!

Nice video. I like that guy who flipped and rolled the opposite direction once he landed.
