Awesome video. Does the entire gym shake when Ales has the bag? Its incredible he can move so fast having that much mass.

Nice videos. I cannot believe how good Alez is with so much mass. However, I am very impressed with his body building. Honza was great to watch as always. I have only watched a few of the other videos and so far they have all been good. Thank you for sharing.
