o well this will hard to explain for me :s english is not my first lenguage
my idea is... we already see an excellent's sick3 or big 1 like Alpine Blurry Whirl > Fourius ss Mirage > Toe Fog or Spyro diving shaft .. but for a example david clavens hit Nemesis > gauntlet a excelent link! to harder and its hard for ppl to do some trick more before a harder combo like david's one but still its a massive combo and to many ppl can things like that ... so if Will Digges hit Alpine Blurry Whirl > Fourius ss Mirage > Toe Fog .. in a big 2 he can hit something like a Alpine Blurry Whirl > ArchNemesis ..... and if he the ppl is novice can it some big2 too!
like Pdx DLO > Butterfly Swirl a nice combo
i dont know if the will understand my point (i hope to) but if someone undertood pls explain it for the others with a better english

i think he means for people who have a hard time linking 3 of their best moves, they have to tone down the skill level for sick 3. but with a "sick 2", the skill could be more saturated, and better tricks could be hit foor each person. im not agreeing with this, just translating.
iagree with what Paulo is saying. I think i could hit a much more intense sick 2 then sick 3. I think it could be a good idea if handled by the right people. I'm interested to see where this goes. I think it's a good idea.
sick 2 sounds great. i have come up with a lot of sick 2's where i couldnt possibly (at my current level) do anything out of. I would love to participate in a sick 2.
I would think that part of the appeal of the 'Sick-however-many' format is the difficulty of performing 3 of your hardest tricks, as opposed to being able to do only 2. 3 tricks is harder to string than 2, which makes the competition field more varied and it seems like you'd have to consider what moves you can link together out of others.
yeah maybe ... but thats not the point .. we can still do a sick 3 and sick 2 too and sick 1 will never be off ... yeah its more easy but you can do more harder links and show it to everyone in the online comp ...
so the online comp is for that or not?, its a chance to show your abilities and get fun with the others players ... or not ??
I disagree. EasiER, yes, but not too easy. It would be like saying, Sick 1 is too easy cause you only have to do 1 trick. There alot of players who would benefit from only having to do 2 tricks as opposed to 3.
I.E. myself, I'm not very good but I can probly bust out a PDX DLO to Atomic Swirl(thats a possible trick right? ). (after quite a few tries )
I think it's kind of silly to suggest that Sick 2 would open up more possibilities for intermediate players...I mean, if you're trying to get a sick 3 on camera, and it takes you 75 tries to hit it, that means it's probably not made up of your reliable tricks.
What's the difference if it takes you 75 tries to hit a sick 2? Wouldn't that mean that they're generally equal in difficulty for you?

I was thinking of this as more of a "from now on" type dealy or whatever. Just to add that as an option for players who aren't necessarily consistent enough to nail 3 big tricks, but can like, throw down an off balance sick 2 you know? I just think it would be fun.
Good idea.
I think we should see it as a "sick link" more than a "sick 2". it would be a way to focus on the link more than the tricks, (not like a sick 3 , where you have to take count of everything). Sure it would be more specific. But it would be definitely as interesting as a sick one , and also a way to see more original links.
We should give it a try , for sure.
