quick 30 min shred yesterday, nothing really new... discovered the trick to rev whirling dragons, now i can hit them more effortlessly. Also noticed hitting fireflies more downtime now.

after a month and a half of no footbag.... i have returned

first session - wasnt that bad

-triforce drill level 6 with dragons

outside stalls do not get unusual surface add anymore, sad but true

rooted cannot be done with both legs planted, to imagine rooted think of the bag on the right foot on the ground and the other foot not touching the ground, now to do a rooted pixie you would have to jump with the right foot and ...

This is not an add hunting endeavor, just an observation about dragon setting. Now paradox is described in a vague sense as a double hip pivot in the opposite direction. What about double hip pivot in the same direction?

I see this as just the next evolutionary step in footbag:
Before the ADD system, shred was not common, it was more Net > next was the circles that played and flyers were the 'in' thing > then with the invention of the ADD system, big moves and levels of play were next (guiltless, tripless etc ...

started kicking regularly again, incorporating gyro dragons and rev whirling dragons more often now and am finally being able to do longer strings with dragon guiltless..
