It might be an aggravated growth plate. I've had them before. It kind of hurts around the back and sides of your heels, and if you put pressure on it, it really hurts. I just outgrew mine.

This is a little of the subject, but does anyone here open their bags up and refill or add different material to them? If so, what bags and what filler?

Kind of off the topic, but do any of you open up your bags and add or fill it with new material? If so, what kind of bags do you modify and with what?

I thought what Goad thought. What are the pellets? Cause I found an old Sipa in my basement, performed some surgery, and out popped plastic white beads.

Stretching?

This may seem like a stupid question, but does anyone stretch before they kick? Also, is there any way besides just standing on you ankles to stretch them? Because I can't get an inside stall if my life depended on it.

I'm getting a Sandbag. I was just wondering. I've tried pellet before, and to me, it's impossible to stall with them, but they're good for just kicking. I've had 1 sandbag (Dirtbag actually), but lost it.

Trillium footbags?

Anyone ever heard of these Trillium footbags? I'm pretty new to footbagging, so for Christmas, I asked for this package deal on this one site. Its a Mr. Sandman and this Trillium bag, but I've never really heard of a Trillium before. Anyone had any experience with it?
