I think it makes sense to sell something that works properly as soon as you receive it. I also think that there are quite a few people out there who aren't very good at breaking in bags or aren't patient enough to do so, which results in bags not reaching their potential.

Yeah. Overall, it gives a bag softer seams.

If you make one, don't gather the seams all the way. Probably don't even gather half the maximum. Also, I recommend cutting/stitching the flange at 60-70% of the stitch spacing.

That 42 panel looks pretty impressive. That 32 panel micro looks pretty good as well, except it doesn't look like you have used a very good technique to join the hexagons to each other. With that price, if you just made a few changes to your 32 panels, footbaggers would love you.

Sorry, that was a bit rude of me. I just think that both designs were designed to be novelties and only have performance disadvantages. But i guess that you can never know for sure what the advantages/disadvantages are for each design untill you make them.
