I believe i was the one talking about it. I was making up many different drills for myself so i could learn and that was one of them. I was asking if that particular drill was worth doing because I don't really know what im doing yet.

Well Derek Vandall is one of my good friends from back in Highschool. I've seen him shred in person a few times. Its because he looks soo cool when he shreds why i started to play. I've talked a bit online with Andrew Grant and Eric Chan but i haven't been to shred with them yet. I really want to ...

Bishops newbie footblog

I figured i wouldn't start one of these suckers up until i knew i would be making decent progress. So here we go.

Im pretty new to the game. Only a few weeks. So far i've only been practicing kicks and stalls, mostly on the inside. I can kick on the outside but i cant toe kick yet. I can toe and ...

Super newbie posting here. I have yet to kick in a circle but this is where i normally practice.

1. Day/Outside normally either on my driveway on my porch or most of the time on my deck beside my pool in my backyard. Unfortunatly once i kicked my bag into the pool and had to jump in to get it out ...

So if i've decided to get Lavers, where on the net would i find them? Also, my understanding of Lavers is that there are many different kinds of them but only like one style is good for shredding. Which one?

Also thanks for everyone for answering my questions.

Well my understanding of the whole thing is that Lavers are the overall favorite and climacools are the new trend. Im not planning on modding my shoes right at first, so going with the climacools is already out of the picture. So i gotta decide between the new balance CT whatevers and Lavers. Should ...

Shoes

I've been playing footbag for about a month now, and in about another month my birthday is coming up. I figured i would ask for some footbag shoes for my birthday. I was just curious however, which shoes are good? I've been reading the Bags and Equipment forum and i see all these pics of lavers and ...

I was wondering about another thing ive started doing. What ill do is drop the ball and then stall it on the inside. Then ill lower my leg slowely and raise it slowely and move it from side to side slowely without dropping the ball or touching the ground. It feels like its working my leg hard but is ...

Am i going about this the right way?

Im starting to learn footbag. A buddy of mine has been playing forever and i figured i would give it a shot. That buddy is Derek Vandall so he knows his stuff. Anyways, after asking around a bit, i was told I should learn the basic kicks and stalls first. Toe kicks, inside kicks, outside kicks, toe ...

My record is 9 kicks. But that was like a random thing. I've maybe been playing footbag for like 4-5 hours (over like a weeks time so far) and the thing i enjoy practicing most is inside kicks. I normally hit about 4 or 5 with control. To show how newb i am though, i cant even do a toe kick (that ...

Yeah. Me and Derek are old buds from Highschool. I've recently just started trying to learn footbag because of the vids of him ive seen on Hackrifice.com. We chat a lot and he says he still plays.

Also, seems as this is my first post, hi everyone. Im Stephen Bishop, from Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. I ...
