i first get warmed up on like 1's 2's and 3's. then i try to hit new moves or practice the moves ive hit before, then i just shred like a mad man. it can go forever!

i hit atomic torque today at like 1 am. it wasnt one of those kinda-hit moves either i brought it right back up. it was super clean.

i dont like self serving, and i think if you drop in on your first try, then pass it to the next person. if they pass it back to you then ok. Deric Fogel tought me that.

i dont think people should try to "make" a style, i think they should just hack and have a style. i dont think style is as important as having long strings or hitting big moves. i think a persons style is as individual as the person. just my opinion

freaking out? like how? after a hard session for the rest of the day and maybe the day after my legs cramp up like hell if i put them in the wrong position. its freaky and hurts lot.

i try my best not to miss a day, latly iv went down to like 5 times a week tho. i try to hack as long as i can, usually untill my legs get all tired and stuff. i was to the point where i was going for 4 hours a day and my legs didnt feel it. i guess i should be better then i am but im getting there ...

i cut mine off on my last pair, i think it does help with some sets, i guess it makes them alittle easier, but on my last pair i didnt, i just had to "re-learn" my pixie set but not a whole lot. i like it better with the sides on, i think it looks cooler (if thats a word) or something...lol.

dude thats the same thing that happens to me. i just put ice on my shins after i do stepping stuff, it helps alot, but you have to be consistant with it. if you put ice on them, it keeps them from swelling, and they wont ...

vasek, i think vasek got what he deserved, he did harder stuff, including a whirling swirl, and scorpians tail. he did a 3, 5 add move string at the end. he did a harder routine. ryans was hard, and i liked them both, but i think vasek won.

i always thought one move into the run was not "midrun" casue of the fact that the second move isnt "middle" unless of course you only have 3 moves in a run like he said. maybe like 5 or more then you could count it.

im thinking in to out dex is easier. i just think it is.
