So, i've got my stitching DOWN. even, consistent, DOWN. BUT....i can't seem to get my pent gather even. this is making my pents uneven, my bag not round, and frustrating me to the point of quitting whatever bag i'm on. (baaaaaad!!) so, i'm gathering after i stitch all hex's onto a pent. not after ...

stuff it into the bleed hole. dammit, i never thought about doing that, i just have to end my blind stitch AT the bleed hole. thanks, i'm halfway done with a Gecko bag. I'll try it on that. oh, but am i doing the knot right?
btw, i've mastered the blindstitch. all exept the knot part
