Well, I actually just reached a long term goal, by loosing 73lbs, and getting down to 9-10% body fat, from 35%.

Now I am focusing on building quality muscle. I would like to gain 10-15lbs of lean body mass, and maybe even drop my bodyfat to 5-6%. And my Final goal is to have a riped 6-pack.

My brand new Joshua Ray bag is falling apart! I have only had it a month or two, and it has holes all over the bag. I fixed a few but this one is to big to fix with glue. I dont get it? I had my Abshire for over a year before it got any holes....and I break my bags in right, I dont do any toe ...

Well thats sucks. My work also gets me soar. Most days I stand for 7-8 hrs straight, and I also have to move pallets, and boxes..ect...ect...and the other day I was working a pallet jack and it smashed into my big toe on my right foot, and my other foot has an ingrown toenail. so ya my feet hurt. lol

Thats a good idea, i do that when I gor for the Swirl. I raise the bag from straightning my support leg, rather then lifting my stalling foot. I will try that on my clippers when I play tomarrow.(Sunday is my day off) I play 1hr or more 6 days a week.

actually I tried Vitamin Water thats in a can called Vitamin/Energy, and one can has 200% of your daily B Vitamins. And when you workout for lonng periods of time your B vitamins get most depleted. I guess is also has "natural caffiene" which gives a good boost. But this stuff has alot more calories ...
