Try setting the bag with you hand. Basically drop it over you clipper foot and work on cushioning it like that. As you get better, try and drop the footbag from high and higher positions. Also, practice doing a clipper without the bag, air shred it, so you can get a feel for the timing.

I've been playing with a 12 panel for a long time now, would it make a differance or help at all to move to a 32?

32 Panels are a more advanced bag that ables you to set the bag more true (it is more rounded). If you are able to kick the bag for 50+ times consecutively, hit all the basic stalls ...

So insoles help? I have never used any before. Hmm....maybe I should get a pair.

Those do resemble lavers a lot. If that is the inside sole of the shoe, it may take some getting used to. If it is the outside, then meh, doesn't really matter to much.

I agree, Mr. are always going to be smaller that crochet ones, but larger that most 32 panels. As for you next bag, a 32 panel is always recommended, even if they take even more getting used to.

I have never stitched a 32 panel bag before (I have done 4-14 panels though). From what i have heard it takes about 1hr 30mins to actually stitch a bag, another 30min to cut out the panels. So around 2hrs total is what I would say. It is not bad if you are slower than this, as I would take probably ...

I would defiantly try and do them in the air without the bag. If you do this enough it should feel right and thus making it easier to do with the bag. If you use the bag it may be discouraging dropping it so many times when you can do it on the other side. Just remember from now on, practice BOTH ...

Definitely try and set the bag using your support leg and clipper leg. If you can time both of these perfectly with each other, it should be no problem setting it high enough for even a ducking trick. Hope this helps.

Some tips that I used to learn the pendulum is to keep you foot flexed upward. Use a constant motion and don't try to flip you leg around to fast or the bag will fall off to soon. When pushing the bag behind you make sure that you look down and follow the bag back. This will make flipping the bag ...

Pretty unique lacing style. Looks good if you haven't modded your lavers yet. I am assuming that you haven't...if you have, then my bad. It is still a good technique though
