another downside is the padded tounge but u can prolly do a mod like the gunits

so i got these due to the fact that they were on sale. they have ups and downs compared to lavers.

for one, the inside material isnt hard canvas, its thin mesh.
the lip is shorter and more leather-like. there are fewer eyelets and they are more spaced. they also start further down on the toe. the ...

-the first 2 eyelets removed
-toe, inner, and outer canvas removed
-arch support taken off of the stock insole (but im thinking of buying spencos)
-and deep brockas

i have the lo top.. and i did brockas. but i did the brocka a bit too deep on the left shoe on accident.

im actually intrested in the twill ankle support. the pleather is SOOO restricting to my german sized ankles lol. im gonna try leather lavers with mesh ankle support. i also think the mesh lavers arent that grippy
