I'm also 6 foot 4 so i'm quite thin. I'm actually one of those guys that struggles to keep weight on as oppose to lose it, i'm down from 192 when i quit working out to finish school.

People say i look like a dork doing it. Then i show them a video of Vasek i found on youtube. THey see that and they're absolutely blown away.

I don't think anybody that's really good at it doing it in public will get hated on much. It's impossible to see it and not be impressed.

I was wondering about this. I'm very active, i lift weights for my upper body and ride 90 miles a week for legs and cardio on my bicycle. I got to the point where even my 30 mile rides would hardly have me breaking a sweat.

wait, i'm a little confused. almost every random mod video and writeup i've seen has said to trim the outside material from lavers leaving the cottony stuff on the inside behind. The reasoning being that the cottony stuff grips the footbag and is flimsier to allow it to cup the bag a bit better.
