tough choice because i always enjoy watching Sam's videos, but this time around chan was the man.

The double chris effect was kind of cool, i rather enjoyed how well chan did synching the audio to what was happening in the video.

its kind of been on my mind lately, since i got no one here in wichita i was wondering what everyone does, do you guys spend more time schooling new moves or shredding....

this just my opinion but it would seem that both have advantages,,, shred more often and you get longer runs, school more often ...

i put 10-20 hours in a week, but thats just cuz I have no job and tons of videos here on the internet to keep me stoked.

...of course thats more up to the guys i kick with

you=spoiled. i got no one in my area that shreds...Im tryin to find ways to change that IE start my own freestyle class...or ...

I stretch before and after now these days, if i dont my muscles get sore like they are now. After I stretch I do the fast legs/high knees thing to get my legs moving, i dunno what thats called lol.
