Super last minute travel plans as usual. Need to check the loads but looking like ill fly DTW>JFK Friday morning. If it's full by noon tomorrow I may have to jump on one Thursday. Anyone have cheap travel recommendations from airport to accommodation? Train to L?

First of all i would take a day or two off...

Then when you get back to it, maybe do onl;y 40 minute sessions. with lots of stretching after.

As you learn new tricks you will inevitably train obscure muscle groups. Good luck!

We should stream live audio feed from tournaments and do funny footbag talk shows as podcast episodes. Any one can make an episode and submit it to a list of episodes that you can listen to whenever. We could maybe put our podcast library on an iphone app like "Stitcher"

Four sessions over the last ten days with Donovon and today I was just GOING OFF!!! Knew it was going to be a good day when I did my same 'ol three warmup drills flawlessly and to 50 some contacts. Focus today was the same as any other, hit my whole variety in one session and get comfortable BOPing ...
