I was hoping to hear some feedback about a way I think I invented to kick a footbag, both to pass and to self-pass. I call the kicks "blade kicks", due to resemblance to a move in martial arts where you kick with the 'blade' of the foot.

The contact point of fliers is just a stall position, lifted off the ground by about a foot.
