I was hoping to hear some feedback about a way I think I invented to kick a footbag, both to pass and to self-pass. I call the kicks "blade kicks", due to resemblance to a move in martial arts where you kick with the 'blade' of the foot.

Can the second knee of a didit really be done uptime? By phyics that would mean that you've hit the bag with the second knee higher than where you hit it with the first knee. I thought it was more of a sideways motion after the first knee hit.

What Tom said initially makes so much sense (to me) and it should be the standard by which knee bumps can be included in one big move.

Hit the bag with the knee while the bag is in its UPTIME stage. Like pixie knee bumping mirage could be considered one trick--IF done correctly.

That is a good bit of consistency, I understand what you're saying. The trick ends when the bag leaves your foot.

The problem with that is walk overs and wraps. The trick DOES end in those cases, before the bag leaves your foot. It ends when a stall position is reached: the inside catch. Not when ...

The contact point of fliers is just a stall position, lifted off the ground by about a foot.
