well yeah I think that hands stuff is pretty crappy. i mean, hooping looks good for style if that's what you're going for, but don't try to make it anything more than that. giving yourself adds for stuff like hooping and threading is just ridiculous.

it was scarcasim. i was referring to the add ...

Ummm... so I'm guessing by your emphasis with the word FOOTbag you're trying to say that people should lonly use their feet... that would be a pretty boring activity. No spins, no leg dexterities, no flyers... what a drag.

Footbag uses the whole body. That's just the way it is.

never said we ...

I'm in agreement with rygar, good point.
I'd vote the tech aspect holds more weight than the asthetic quality. Even that is a complete toss up and a mere question of taste; whereas the points add up and the numbers speak the truth. They were both sick. I would have not wanted to be on the panal! It ...

I wanted to touch on Mike's comment about stretching. It helps hard core. The best thing you can do for your muscles is stretch. A while back there was a string on the footbag.org mailing list about stretching. A doctor and a physician were talking about what would be best for footbag and decided ...

Any exposure is good exposure. I kick with one other guy in KC and me and him have decided to go kick at the movie theaters on firday nights to get people opened up to it. It works! We get kids 11 years old busting legovers the very first day. I think it'd be rad to have it a part of the x-games ...

I'd have to say that Bono has the right idea in that judging should be more of the judges interpretation of the dificulity of the move rather than using the components of a move to call it more difficult than another. Becasue truthfully there is no way, unless we rated each specfic move with a ...

It depends on what you concider a 'run' . If you consider a 3 move combo a 'run', then yeah, by default after one move it's 'midrun'. i think the question should be how long is a run vs. a string/combo. Most lilky it will be based on your level or experience (as mentioned above). I'd agree though ...
