As of late I have decided to go guiltless. I can spin, duck and dive consistently and my stepping is pretty good on one side. My flip pixie is pretty crap. Any basic guiltless challenges would be appreciated.

Since you said you were dominant on one side with pixie and stepping, I challenge you to start nearly every run with a flip stepping move or a flip pixie move. That will go away right quick and you won't have to worry about it anymore. Also throw the flip from paradox mirage and from butterfly in some attempts, that is actually quite important.
